摘要随着国民经济的迅速发展、人民生活水平和文化素质逐步提高，旅游休闲已成为国民的重要生活内容之一。然而国内旅游和入境旅游的快速发展，大量的客流涌入著名景区，尤其是黄金周期间，景区容量严重超载。各著名景区旅游发展面临严峻的挑战。景区边缘型乡村旅游开发既能有效地破解这一难题，又能带动乡村地区社会、经济与环境的协调发展。本文充分剖析景区边缘型乡村旅游的发生机理和特征，依据其发生机理与特征，提出发展景区边缘型乡村旅游的理论基础：核心-边缘理论、系统论和可持续发展理论。然后从著名景区与其边缘地区乡村旅游互动发展的角度对景区边缘型乡村旅游开发进行初步研究。研究认为景区边缘型乡村旅游具有独特的发展环境，旅游资源非常丰富，开发空间很大；著名风景区周边的乡村旅游能够就景区旅游产品所存在的功能不足给予有机补偿，满足旅游者的旅游需求，充实旅程，丰富旅游体验，具有良好的市场前景；开发景区边缘型乡村旅游既有利于核心风景区的可持续发展，也有利于农村经济的可持续发展，二者相得益彰；景区边缘型乡村旅游开发的原则和方式也具有一定的特殊性，应依托核心风景区进行整体规划，加强核心带动和特色建设，突出优势互补，协调边缘发展，从而推进核心风景区与乡村旅游互动，实现区域旅游的可持续发展。为了更好地研究景区边缘型乡村旅游开发的具体问题，文章对凤凰县老洞村旅游进行了实证研究。老洞村旅游开发应该着重于与凤凰古城等八大景区的互补性，强调科学规划，挖掘民族文化内涵，开发以苗族文化体验为主题的旅游产品，如：观赏苗寨古老独特的石头风格建筑与苗族歌舞、体验苗族生活习俗、住苗家、干农活等，总之，在产品设计上突出与凤凰古城旅游产品的异质性，旅游线路设计与营销突出以凤凰古城为核心的发展策略，加强核心与边缘的互动发展。关键词：旅游；乡村旅游；边缘型；景区；老洞村AbstractWiththeacceleratingdevelopmentofnationaleconomy,thepeople’sstandardoflivingandculturehaveimprovedgradually.Today,leisureandtravelaregettingmoreandmoreimportantinpeople’slifeinourcountry.However,theacceleratingdevelopmentofinboundtravelanddomestictourismhasbeenmakingmostoffamousscenicspotsfaceseverechallengesforalargeoftouristspourintotherewhichwouldinducetheircarryingcapacityisoverloading,especiallyinGoldenWeek.Todeveloptourismonthefringeofthefamousscenicareacannotonlyresolvetheproblemeffectivelybutalsoletthesociety,economyandenvironmentdevelopharmoniously.Inthisthesis,theauthoranatomizesthemechanismofoccurrenceandcharacteristicsofruraltourismonthefringeofthefamousscenicspot.BasedonthemechanismofoccurrenceandcharacteristicsheoffersthatthedevelopmentofruraltourismonthefringeofthefamousscenicspotshouldbaseontheCore-peripherytheory,thesystemtheory,thesustainabletheory.Thedevelopmentshouldbaseontheinteractionofthefamousscenicspotandruraltourism.Webelievethatruraltourismonthefringeofthescenicareahasuniquedevelopmentenvironment,withaboundtourismresource,andhasaverylargedevelopingspace.Theruraltourismonperipheryofthefamousscenicareaisabletogivingorganiccompensationtotheinsufficiencyofthescenicareatourproducts;italsocanm
