英文摘要跨国公司项目转移中的质量管理研究STUDY ON QUALITY MANAGEMENT FOR TRANSFERRED PROJECT IN MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS——DEMONSTRATED WITH COMPANY AAbstractWith more and more intense competition on the global market , Challenge in multinational company is how to keep a stable and continual growth. However, the huge market and competitive manufacturing cost behind Chinese Mainland present a hard-won chance to multinational companies for optimums of resource deployed in the world. In flexible graphite industry, transferring automatic line to China is an important routing for multinational companies to keep their competition. Companies must transfer their production line or RD center to low-cost production base from high-cost country according to their developing strategy and physical truth, so that their parts which satisfied by customer can be thrown into market in time. And company must enhance the quality management on transfer project if they want to finish their line transferred to China in a short term. It is an effective way to improve the quality management insurance of transfer project which through total quality management theory used, establishing an effective quality management program and optimizing it constantly during project transferred. This thesis combined the feature of relative complex in transfer project through analyzing the complicated relationship which independent and reliant each other between project reception side and transfer side. It presents an organization and program of total quality management which suitable for transfer project in multinational companies: establishing a quality management centre, considering the inherent demands from both reception and transfer side for the transfer project, defining the clear project objectives and making special quality planning, resource allocation and risk management accordingly, to achieve economic benefits maximum from the transfer project.
