TheresearchandthetechnologicaltransformationsofthewayofthewireintodrawingmachineandreelcoolingAbstractThisthesisisaboutthewayofresearchandtechnologicalinnovationofdrawingmachinerollsintothewaterline,designdrawingmachinemodelisLW1/700+LZ8/560+CLX600straightintothewire-drawingmachine.Thekindofmodelinthedesignprocessthroughanumberofstructuralinnovationsandimprovementsistoimprovemachinespeed,suchaschangingtherollofthewaterstructure,water-cooledmoldboxstructure,wayofthewireintothelineandsoon.Astheexpandofproductionscaleofsteelwire,wireropeinourcompanybuttheproductionofwiredrawingmachinesequipmentwiredrawingmachinesareintegrated,becauseofthereasonsofdrawingmachinestructureandwire,rollcooling,machinespeedcannotbeincreased.Byproductlineandsheavewire,wireinthedrawingmustbegeneratedfromtheprocessoftwistingand,therefore,beaffectedbythewireperformance.Aftereachconvolutionofwirecablereel,themovementofaircraft,oversheavethespeedofmachineisslower,andthemovementofeachreelcannotbeadjustedthetightnessofthesameframe,Theelasticwireisinconsistentsowecannotimprovethemachinespeed.Wireinthedrawingprocessproducelargeamountsofheat,mostofthecaloriesandwirereelwillbepulledaway,sorollcoolingandthecoolingeffectofsteelwiredirecthaveeffectontheperformanceindicatorsanddrawingequipmentdrawingspeed,improvethecoolingroll--theoriginalstructureofsomewayofsprayingorbladetoslittype,speedupthecoolingwatercirculationrate,therebyenhancingthecoolingeffectofreelforlayingwiredrawingmachineMachinespeedbase,improvingthecoolingsteel,theoriginalandsomeindirectwaytoimprovewateranddirectwaterpressureforthesealedwater-cooled,forcedthroughthesealedpipetoimprovewaterflowspeed,tospeeduptherateofcoolingwater,therebyenhancingthecoolingeffect.Improveddrawingpath,fromtheplottoStraight-wire,wireinthedrawingprocessdoesnotproducethephenomenonofself-twistingtoimprovewireperformanceandpassrate.Thesemi-drawingmachine,wiredrawingmachineproducts(includingtheproductionofShengsi)machinespeedsarerelativelylowinourcompany,thegeneralprod
