蓝色壁垒对我国劳动密集型产业的影响及策略研究在贸易全球化的今天，形式多样的新型非关税壁垒应运而生，蓝色贸易壁垒 就是其中之一。我国作为世界上最大的发展中国家，劳动密集型企业在我国外贸 经济领域占有不可或缺的地位。蓝色壁垒以保护劳动者劳动环境和生存权利为主 要借口的国际贸易保护措施，但在此情况下，西方发达国家已就来自发展中国家 的产品采取了以劳工标准为内容的多种贸易管制措施，由此给发展中国家尤其是 中国的对外贸易产生巨大的冲击，并造成很大的损失。因此，当前研究蓝色贸易 壁垒问题及其对策有着很重大的现实意义。 本文从我国基本国情出发，理论联系实际，就蓝色贸易壁垒的基本理论、影 响及应对策略进行了系统的论证。 本文共分七章: 第一章，绪论。本章详细介绍了本文的选题背景、选题意义、蓝色贸易壁垒国内外文献研究的问题、观点和成果，概括介绍了本文的研究内容、论文框架以 及本文的研究方法，总结了本文研究的创新和不足。 第二章，我国劳动密集型产业概述。本章对我国劳动密集型产业的基本境况 做出了介绍。包括其概念、发展意义及存在的问题与不足。 第三章，蓝色壁垒理论综述。本章主要阐述了蓝色贸易壁垒的涵义、特点、 内容、实质和发展情况。对 SA8000 体系与其他管理标准体系做出比较分析并介 绍了我国开展 SA8000 认证工作的有关情况。通过对这些基础理论的综述，使人 们能对蓝色贸易壁垒产生正确和客观的认识，从而有利于在解决蓝色贸易壁垒问 题时采取正确的对策。第四章，国际社会关于蓝色壁垒的相关立法规定。对国际社会关于蓝色壁垒 的有关立法规定做出了介绍，以 借鉴国际上和各国的先进经验，来更好的完善我 国的相关劳动立法，更好的保护我国劳工的权益。 第五章，蓝色壁垒的影响。采用案例分析的方法，实例的再现了蓝色壁垒的 影响并对案例进行思考与分析。从蓝色壁垒对我国劳动密集型产业开展出口贸易 的过程中所带来的正面和负面的影响两个方面进行了论述。第六章，我国应对蓝色壁垒的措施。从政府、企业和行业协会应发挥作用的 角度提出了我国跨越蓝色贸易壁垒的路径。第七章，结语。论述了本文的贡献、局限性及进一步研究的方法。 关键词:劳动密集型产业；蓝色壁垒；影响；策略 Blue Barriers to China the Impact of Labor-intensive Industries and StrategyAbstractToday, the globalization of trade, a new type of non-tariff barriers have emerged in various forms, is one of the blue barriers.
