AbstractInrecentyears,accordingtoChinasdomesticeconomicsituationandmutationoftheforeigneconomicenvironment,thePeoplesBankofChinacontinuedtocontrolmonetarypolicy,asoneofthemonetarypolicytransmissionintermediary,commercialbankshaveplayedaveryimportantrolefortheeffectiveofthenaturalmonetarypolicyregulation,however,intheimplementationofrelevantpolicies,thecentralbankgenerallyfocusesonthemacro-controlandoverlookthechangeinthepolicytransmissioneasily,inthedomesticandforeignscholarsinthisareaofresearchisrelativelysmalltoo,especiallyforempiricalresearchaboutcommercialbanksconditionsschangeduetointerestrateanddepositreservepolicyregulationisalmostinapoorstate,sothispaperistoexploretheimpactthattheinterestrateanddepositreservepolicyschangeshaveontheperformanceoflistedcommercialbanksinempiricalanalysis,thiswouldhaveimportantpracticalsignificanceforguidingthebehaviorofthecentralbankandcommercialbanks.Thisarticleisbasedon16listedcommercialbanksassamplesinbothShanghaiandShenzheninChinabetweenthefirstquarterof2002tothethirdquarterof2010,commercialbanksofdifferentownershiparetesedbyconstructingaseriesofmodelsinEviewssoftware.Throughthisresearch,thelastleadstotheconclusionthatcurrentandlaggedchangesininterestrateanddepositreservepolicywillhaveasignificantimpactonthebanksoperatingperformance,andinterestrateanddepositreservepolicyschangeshavedifferentimpactonthestate-controlledcommercialbanksandjoint-stockcommercialbank,accordingtoempiricalresults,andthatcanalsoshowthatastheexternalfactorsmacro-policyfactorswouldalsobeagreaterdegreeoftheoperatingconditionsofthebankexceptforitsowninternalfactors,Finally,fromtheregulatorsandcommercialbanksspointofview,therewouldbeaseriesofrecommendations,includingthediversityofregulationandcontrolpolicies,improvementofthecorporategovernance,andsoon.keywords:InterestRatePolicy;DepositReservePolicy;EVA;Operationalperformanceofthecommercialbank目录摘要..............................................................................................................
