效应的局限，使得在实际应用中的模型设定更具合理，得出的结果和推论具有较完整的科学解释力。运用内生增长理论的分析方法，强调在区域创新产出增长过程中的区域外溢效应。具体来讲，周边邻近区域创新产出的增长以及初始创新生产力水平对自身的创新产出增长具有正向推动作用。基于这一思想，构建了创新产出增长模型，对我国20年期间的创新产出收敛作了对比分析。上述研究对于如何评价区域技术扩散与创新产出增长的不平衡发展关系具有重要的理论和实践意义。在探讨微观、中观和宏观的技术创新的基础上，作者针对邻近与技术创新的密切关系，引入城市经济学中的可达性概念，使得创新过程中的邻近影响具有实际的操作意义。区域可达性与区域创新系统之间的互动关系进行深入分析和思考，对于我国构建有效连贯创新系统具有很好的参考价值。关键词：技术创新；邻近；知识外溢；空间计量；可达性ABSTRACTTechnologicalinnovationisfundamentaltoeconomicgrowth.Theconcernforthelinkbetweengeographyandtechnologyisnowadaysoneofthemajorfocuspointsinspatialeconomiesandgivesrisetoanumberofvaluableresearches.BasedonthecontributionoftheresearchonUSandEuropeanregion,theresearchersandtheauthorityrealizedthatproximityisanecessaryconditiontobenefitfromspilloversandtopursueagoodinnovativeperformance.Knowledgeexternalitiesareattheheartofanunderstandingoftheroleofproximityintheinnovationprocess.Nevertheless,theassociationbetweenexternalitiesandproximityisnotobviousanddeservesspecification.Itisnecessarytoempiricallyassesswhethertechnologicalspilloverhaveageographicdimension.Theaimofthispaperistodiscusstheproximityeffectsonthemulti-dimensioninnovativeperformanceintermsofappropriatemeasurement.Thepaperprovidesabriefreviewoftherelationshipbetweenproximityandknowledgespillovers,anddefinestherelativeconceptabouttechnologyinnovation.Afterinvestigatingtechnologicalinnovationfromtheperspectiveofknowledgecharacteristics,wefocusontherequirementconditionofspatialproximityforthetacitknowledgetransmission.Basedonthefirm’sspatialcharacteristicandthetacitcharacteristicoftechnologicalknowledge,weassumethespilloverdependsonthegeographicaldistancebetweenthefirms,andisapositiveanddecreasingfunctionofthedistance.Onthebaseofpreviousliteratures’contribution,weconsiderathree-stagegametoinvestigatetheassociationbetweenfirm’slocationchoiceandRDactivities.Thetechnologicalinnovationoffirmsmayfacilitateclusterinnovationandboostthecompetitiveness.Theproximityisseenasaprerequisiteforthecreationofcloseinter-firmrelationsbasedontrustandreciprocity,fac
