两亲性共轭高分子在溶液中的自组装研究英文摘要Self-assemblyStudyofAmphiphilicConjugatedPolymersinSolutionsAbstractSelf-assemblyofmoleculesintoorganizedstructuresisoneofthemostimportantresearchfieldsinsupramolecularchemistryandnanoscaleapplication.Previousstudiesonself-assemblyweremainlyfocusedonconventionalsoftblockcopolymers,whileveryfewabouttherigid-rodconjugatedpolymersorpolymerscontainingaconjugatedblock.Theoptoelectronicpropertiesofconjugatedpolymerscanbetunedbyintermolecularinteractionsorexternalstimuli.Theassembliesofconjugatedpolymersmayextendtheirapplicationsinluminescence,imagingandsensor.Thisstudyisfocusedontheself-assemblystudyofamphiphilicconjugatedpolymers,whichincludesthefollowingthreeparts:First,acoil-rod-coiltriblockcopolymer(PEG-OEPETPT-PEG)wassynthesizedviaone-stepmethodologybasedonthefaciletunabilityofthechemicalstructureofconjugatedpolymers,thedifferenceinreactiveactivitybetweenthemacromolecularmonomerandsmallmolecularmonomer.Theaveragedegreeofpolymerizationofthemiddleconjugatedsegmentwascalculatedoutthroughstructuralanalysis,includingtheendgroupanalysisof1HNMR,dataoftheGelPermeationChromatography(GPC)andelementalanalysis.ThesolubilityofPEG-OEPETPT-PEGandtheemissionsurpasseditscounterpartwithoutcoilblocks,PEPETPT.ComparingwiththephotoluminescenceemissionofthetwopolymersinH2O/THFmixedsolvent,itcouldbefoundthatthefluorescenceofPEPETPTmightbeeasilyquenchedwithasmallpercentageofH2O;however,PEG-OEPETPT-PEGcouldbearacertainvolumeofH2OwithoutobviouschangesintheemissionanditsfluorescencequenchedonlyathigherpercentageofH2O.Theemissionspeciesinbothtypesofsystemswereexploredviaabsorptionandexcitationstudies.ItfurtherconfirmedthatthePEG-OEPETPT-PEGpolymerwasmorestablethanPEPETPTinH2O/THFmixedsolventduetotheprotectionofthePEGcoilblocks.Second,theself-assemblystudyofthecoil-rod-coilblockcopolymerPEG-OEPETPT-PEGwascarriedout.Theprocessofself-assemblywascompletedvia英文摘要两亲性共轭高分子在溶液中的自组装研究addingwatertothepolymersolution.Throughthemeasurementofcriticalmicelleconcentration,criticalwaterco
