摘 要随着知识经济和经济全球化的发展，企业之间的竞争越来越激烈，企业文 化对企业的生存和发展的作用越来越大，成为企业管理当中的核心要素。在这 种情势下，营造一种企业文化，可以为企业管理提供最有力、最长效的支持， 无疑成为企业管理者的首要任务。纵观成功企业的发展史，无一例外地都有着 深厚的文化底蕴，但企业文化又是企业管理中最模糊的领域，也是迄今为止对 每个企业来说最具挑战性的一环，因为它涉及了有关企业的价值观、员工士气 以及领导方式等诸多领域。这说明企业文化与企业的生存、发展紧密相连，所 以构建企业文化，也成为建立现代企业管理体制必不可少的关键因素。本文首 先定义了企业文化的概念，提出了对于企业文化这一概念有许多不同的定义方 法，阐述了当今社会，关于企业文化研究的主要研究方法和取得的成就。接下 来，从企业文化的内涵与表现、内容以及特点等方面认识企业文化，并阐述了 企业文化对提高企业的经营绩效和促进经济的高速发展起着举足轻重的作用。 然后本文对越南企业文化的形成与发展做了概述，让我们对越南企业文化有了 认识，接着，讲述了越南企业文化的现状，主要谈及越南文化的有点以及存在 的问题。然后我们得到了企业文化在企业发展中具有巨大作用的结论。本文最 后，以三金股份有限公司为例分析了越南企业文化的现状作用并提出了相应的 建议，希望能对越南公司今后的发展起到积极的作用，进而推动越南经济。 关键词:企业文化 ；越南企业文化；发展 ；作用 ；三金AbstractWith the knowledge economy and the development of economic globalization, competition among enterprises more and more intense, the enterprise culture on the survival and development of enterprises functions are becoming more and more big, make enterprise management of the core factors.
