从性味配伍探讨银翘散组方特点 　　摘 要：银翘散是辛凉解表法的代表方剂。从性味配伍方面看，银翘散组方具有4个特点：①立辛凉透表法，辛宣郁结，凉可清热，启玄府而透邪外达；②辛凉配清热解毒，芳香避秽，透发毒邪，因势利导；③辛凉复辛温，寒温并用，开泄皮毛，防止凉遏，去性存用；④药用多为花、茎、叶等质轻味薄之品，轻以去实。由此提示可以“性味-功效”为理论依据，从清热解毒、辛凉解表、辛温解表3个方面，对银翘散进行系列研究。 　　关键词：性味配伍；银翘散；组方 　　中图分类号：R289.1 　　文献标识码：A文章编号： 　　1673-7717（2008）05-0952-02? 　　 　　Discuss PrescriptionCharacteristics of Lonicerae and Forsythiae ? 　　Powder According to Property and Flavor Compatibility 　　? 　　WU Zhen?qi?1, LIU Guang?hua?2, WANG Xue?feng?1? 　　( 　　1. According to property and flavor, fourcharacteristics was found: (1) Release the exterior with pungent-cool methods canreleasedepression, clear heat , open sweat pore andoutthrust the pathogen. (2) The medicine of pungent-cool, clearing heat and Detoxifying, is effective to dispel filth with aroma, outthrust the evil pathogenin the light of its general tendency.(3) Integrating pungent-cool medicine and pungent-warm medicine, Integrating cool medicine and warm medicine, open sweat pore, prevent cool medicine side effect and retain effective drug property.(4) The medicine of Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder mainly are flower, stem, leaf that quality nature is light and flavor of medicials is thin, the medicine that quality nature is light is effective to release excess syndromes.According to property and flavor- efficacy theory, It is efficacy to serially investigate Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder from 3 aspects of heat-clearing and detoxicating, acrid-cold herbs relieving superficies, acrid-warm herbs relieving superficies. 　　Keywords:property and flavor compatibility; Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder; prescription 　　? 　　银翘
