剖宫产术式及技巧对再次剖宫产影响探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨分析不同的剖宫产术式及技巧对再次剖宫产的影响。方法 回顾分析2009年6月至2011年5月在我院妇产科进行再次剖宫产的首次剖宫产术式不同的患者临床资料。结果 再次剖宫产中Pfannenstiel切口剖宫产组切皮至娩出胎儿时间明显较其它两组时间长、术中出血量多(P＜0.01)；下腹纵切口剖宫组出血量最少(P＜0.05)；三组手术时间无明显差异(P＞0.05)；粘连状况以下腹纵切口剖宫产组最少、Pfannenstiel切口剖宫产组最多(P＜0.05)；三组患者术后切口感染、术后病率、术后排气等情况不存在明显差异(P＞0.05)。结论 各种手术方式对再次剖宫产的影响不同，新式剖宫产具有损伤小、恢复快、不影响美观的优势，且手术操作难度增加相对不大，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 剖宫产； Pfannenstiel； 切口； 下腹纵切口 　　[中图分类号] R714 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1005-0515（2012）-02-013-01 　　 　　Cesarean section and Surgical skills in effect of Cesarean section again discussed 　　Yang Xiaoming 　　(The center hospital of Ningxiang Hunan Ningxiang 410600) 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the Cesarean section and Surgical skills in effect of Cesarean section again.Method Review the clinical data of the different method of again the first surgical cesarean section cesarean section in June 2009 to May 2011.Results Again in cesarean section Pfannenstiel incision cesarean sections cut skin to fetal childbirth time significantly better than the other two groups of time is long, peri-operative bleeding(P＜0.01);The lower abdomen longitudinal incision cesarean section group at least amount of blood loss(P＜0.05);Three groups of operation time no significant difference (P0.05);In adhesion conditions,the Lower abdomen longitudinal incision cesarean section group is minimum,and the Pfannenstiel incision cesarean sections is maximum(P＜0.05);Compare to three groups of patients postoperative incision infection,postoperative disease rate, the postoperative exhaust,its no obvious difference (P 0.05).Conclusions All kinds of operation of the influence of the way again cesarean section is different,the new cesarean section has a little injury,quick recovery,do not affect beautiful and the advantages of the operation and the difficulty increases relatively modest,is worthy to be popularized. 　　[Key words] Cesarean section； Pfannenstiel； incision； Lower abdomen longitudinal incision 　　 　　 随着剖宫产技术的不断发展及人们观念的改变，剖宫产率不断上升
