幽门螺杆菌感染与功能性胃肠疾病相关性研究 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与功能性胃肠疾病的关系及其相关影响因素。方法：明确诊断功能性消化道疾病包括：功能性消化不良（上腹痛综合征及餐后不适综合征）；肠易激综合征（腹泻为主型IBS及便秘为主型IBS）；功能性腹胀；功能性便秘、胆系疼痛（胆囊功能紊乱及Oddi括约肌功能紊乱），同时诊断幽门螺杆菌感染。根据诊断标准将患有幽门螺杆菌感染病例中的功能性胃肠疾病病例比率与无幽门螺杆菌感染病例中的功能性胃肠疾病病例比率进行比较。结果：373例病例入选，其中，男223例，女150例，平均46岁（21~71岁）。幽门螺杆菌感染病例中的功能性胃肠疾病病例中功能性消化不良（32.4%）与功能性腹胀（19.1%）病例比例明显高于无幽门螺杆菌感染病例中功能性消化不良（9.0%）与功能性腹胀（7.5%）（P＜0.05），而其他功能性胃肠疾病在两组中的发病比率无明显统计学差异。结论：幽门螺杆菌感染与功能性胃肠疾病有一定的相关性，特别与功能性消化不良的关系较为密切，应加以重视。 　　[关键词] 功能性胃肠疾病；幽门螺杆菌感染；相关性；流行病学调查 　　[中图分类号] R573 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）06（c）-184-02 　　 　　The research of correlation between the helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and functional gastrointestinal disease 　　XIA Jing, SUN Tao 　　Digestive Department, Navy General Hospital, Beijing 100048 　　[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the correlation between the HP infection and functional gastrointestinal disease and the related factors. Methods: Diagnose the functional gastrointestinal disorders such as functional dyspepsia (upper abdominal pain syndrome and postprandial discomfort Syndrome), irritable bowel syndrome (diarrhea-predominant IBS and constipation-predominant IBS), Functional abdominal bloating and functional constipation, biliary pain (gallbladder dysfunction and oddis sphincter dysfunction).
