摘要教育大计，教师为本；教师素养，科研为要。教师的教育科研是教师成长与进步的主要因素，是提高教育教学质量和效益的重要环节，也是确保教育教学改革成功的关键。为适应时代要求和我国教育综合改革需要，全国范围内的小学教师正以空前的积极性投身于教育科研之中。然而，在广大小学教师教育科研日益升温的背后，我们不难发现，部分教师由于指导思想、理论认知和操作方式等方面的偏差，其教育科研活动正陷入推进不顺、效果不佳的窘境。针对小学教师尤其是民族地区小学教师的教育科研活动中亟待解决的突出问题，笔者以湖南省怀化市通道侗族自治县的部分小学教师为研究对象，通过问卷和访谈对该县的小学教师教育科研现状进行了较为深入细致的调查和研究，以期以小见大、以点见面，了解和掌握民族地区小学教师教育科研的基本状况，并对相关问题提出改善建议。通过实地调查研究，笔者发现该县小学教师教育科研已经取得了一定的成就，实属不易,但同时也存在着诸多不容忽视的问题。这些问题主要表现在以下三个方面：首先，在教师认识层面上，存在对科研重要意义认识不深，科研创新意识不强，科研工作动力不足等问题；其次，在科研保障层面上，存在领导重视不够，科研经费不足，科研培训效果不佳，教师科研能力欠缺等问题；再次，在科研管理层面上，存在科研评价欠科学，教研相对平衡导向有偏差，教研考核相脱节等问题。针对该地区小学教师教育科研存在的主要问题，本研究从教育主管部门、学校层面、教师个体这三个维度具体分析现状成因，查找症结根源。最后，笔者在分析原因、掌握症结的基础上，立足民族地区实际，从系统视角出发，提出了民族地区小学教师教育科研现状的改进对策。一是教育主管部门要出台政策措施完善科研保障；二是学校要立足校本研究营造良好科研环境提高科研质量；三是教师个人要全面提升自身教育科研素质改进科研实践。总之，只有教育主管部门、学校和教师等多方合力，多措并举，才能为民族地区小学教师的教育科研工作提供可靠保障，才能使教育科研工作获得更多实效、拥有更大前景。关键词：民族地区；小学教师；教育科研；现状；改进对策AbstractTeachersarethecenterofeducationalplans,andeducationscientificresearchisthecoreofateacher’squalities.Ateacher’seducationscientificresearchisthedominantfactorofhisdevelopment,itisalsotheimportantelementofimprovingeducationalqualityandefficiency,aswellasthekeytothesuccessofeducationalreform.Inordertoadaptthedemandsofthetimesandtherequirementsofeducationalreform,nowadays,teachersofprimaryschoolalloverthecountryhavethrownthemselvesintotheteacher’seducationscientificresearchwithunprecedentedenthusiasm.However,throughthegrowinglyflourishingsituationofprimaryschoolteacher’seducationscientificresearch,wecanfindlesseasilythatprimaryschoolteacher’seducationscientificresearchisnowinanunsmoothandineffectivedilemmabecauseofthebiasesfromguidingideology,theoryawarenessandoperatingmode.Basedonsomeprominentandburningproblemsthathaveemergedinprimaryschoolteacher’seducationscientificresearchinethnicregions,thisstudyonlymakespartsofprimaryschoolteachersinTongdaoDongAutonomousCountyofHuaihuaCityinHunanProvinceastheresearchobject.Afteraseriesofquestionnairesurveysandrelevantinterviews,theauthorhaveaintensiveresearchonthesituationofedu
