摘要乡风文明建设是社会主义新农村建设事业的重要组成部分，也是全面推进社会主义新农村建设顺利推进和我国现代化建设的战略抉择。新农村需要文明的生活方式、先进的思想理念、健康的娱乐形式、和谐的安定环境、清新的文明乡风。建设和谐的农村社会，缩小农村与城市的贫富差距，促进农村、农业、农民的发展和进步，离不开广袤农村土地上人们的安居乐业，离不开文明乡风潜移默化的影响。我国大部分农村地区，新农村建设仅限制于经济建设却忽视了精神文明建设，在我国的民族地区更是如此。由于受地区经济条件和民族传统文化的影响，民族地区乡风文明建设发展缓慢，在推行文明乡风的同时遇到了很大的阻力。本文以高拱桥村为个案，对该村乡风文明的实践、实践过程中产生的问题进行了描述，并在此基础上提出了走出困境的对策和建议。最后对民族地区乡风文明建设的主要模式进行了探讨。本文共分五个部分。第一部分阐述了本文研究的目的和意义、研究现状及所采用的研究方法，以及调查点的相关背景资料。第二部分对调查点的乡风文明实践进行了介绍，并总结出该村乡风文明建设的成果。第三部分主要从基础设施、社会风气、常住人口变动和农村教育缺失等方面探讨了高拱桥村乡风文明建设中存在的问题。第四部分提出了改善农村乡风文明建设的相关对策建议。第五部分试述民族地区乡风文明建设的模式关键词：新农村建设，民族地区，乡风文明，模式AbstractCountrysidecustomcivilizationisanimportantpartoftheconstructionofnewsocialistcountryside,itisalsothestrategicalchoiceforcarryingouttheconstructionofnewsocialistruralareassmoothlyandadvancingthemodernizationofourcountrysuccessfully.Newcountrysideneedsculturallifestyle,advancedideas,healthyentertainments,harmoniousenvironment,clear-cutcountrycustom.Tobuildharmoniouscountrysociety,tonarrowdownthegapbetweencityandvillage,toacceleratethedevelopmentandadvancementofthecountryside,agricultureandfarmerscannotcometruewithoutpeople’sliveandworkinpeace,withoutthesilenttransforminginfluenceofculturalcustominthewidecountryareas.Inmostpartofourcountrythenewruralconstructionlimittoeconomicsbutneglectthespirits.InminorityareasofChinatheproblemsaremoreserious.Becauseofeconomicconditionsandtheimpactoftraditionalculture,thedevelopmentofcustomcivilizationisveryslow.Alsoitmeetsalotofobstruction.ThispapertakesGaogongqiaovillageasthecase,describesthepracticeandtheproblemswiththepracticeduringtheprocessofcountrysidecustomcivilizationdevelopment,basedontheseanalysisthewriterappliesforthesuggestionsabouthowtoovercomethedifficulties.Atlast,thewritersdiscussesthemodeofthedevelopmentofcustomcivilizationinminorityareas.Thepaperhasfiveparts:Thefirstpartintroducesresearchthepurposeandsignificance,researchstatus，theresearchmethodsusedinthispaperandtherelatedinformationabouttheresearchpoint.Thesecondpartdescribesthepracticeofthedev
