摘要摘要墨家的名辩学思想是中国古代逻辑的典型代表。逻辑是文化的产物，战国时期的社会生产状况和自然科学的发展，是墨家名辩学思想产生的社会背景。先秦诸子关于名辩学的理论积淀，构成了墨家名辩学的思想渊源。墨家名辩学思想的基本内容主要包括名、辞、说、辩的理论，以及论辩中必须遵循的基本规律。墨家的名理论阐述了名的本质，对名从不同角度进行了分类，提出了名实相符的思想，并采用定义和划分两种“正名”方法。墨家的立辞理论提出“故、理、类”是立辞的根据，说明了辞的性质和分类，分析了辞之间的矛盾关系。墨家指出说的目的在于“明故”，分析了不同的推理方法，揭示了辩的目的、本质、标准和原则。先秦的文化特点孕育了独特的墨家名辩学思想。中国的“政治型”、“道德型”文化使得墨家名辩学以功利性为目的，体现出朴素、直观、综合性的特点。同时，一定的逻辑类型也会影响文化的发展。墨家名辩学思想对中国传统文化影响深远，是中国传统文化的重要组成部分，弥补了儒家思想的不足，对中国科学的发展也做出了贡献。关键词墨家名辩学思想文化影响AbstractAbstractThethoughtofMohistMingbianisthetypicalrepresentationofChineseancientlogic.Logicisaproductofculture.ThedevelopmentofsocialproductionstatusandnaturalscienceduringtheWarringStatesPeriodprovidedthebackgroundofthethoughtofMohistMingbian.Andtheaccumulationsoftheoryofpre-QinthinkersaboutthethoughtofMingbianconsistofitsintellectualcontext.ThebasicelementsofthethoughtofMohistMingbianincludename,phrasesproposition，explanationanddisputation，andthebasicruleswhichmustbefollowedindebate.ThethoughtofMohistnamesexpoundedtheessenceofname,whichclassifiednamefromdifferentangles.Itraisedthethoughtthatnameshouldcorrespondtoitsnature,andtorectifynamewithdefinitionanddivision.TheMohistphrasespropositiontheoryproposedthatreason,principleandcategoryarethebasisofphrasesproposition,whichexplainingthepropertiesandclassificationsofphrasespropositions,meanwhileanalyzingthecontradictoryrelationbetweenphrasespropositions.ThetheoryofMohistindicatesthatthepurposeofexplanationistofindreasons.Itanalyzeddifferentwaysofinference,andrevealedthepurpose,essence,standardandprincipleofdisputation.Theculturalspecificsofpre-QinarerecognizedasthesourceoftheuniquethoughtofMohistMingbian.ThepoliticalandmoralcultureofChinamadethethoughtofMohistMingbianisutilitarian,whichembodingthecharacteristicsofhomeliness,intuitionandcomprehensiveness.Meanwhile,certainlogicaltypescouldalsoinfluencethedevelopmentofculture.ThethoughtofMohistMingbianisanimportantcomponentofChinesetraditionalculture,andaffectedChinesetraditionalcultureprofoundly.MeanwhileitmadeupforthelackofCon
