I I 摘 要 “三农”问题已成为影响我国现代化进程的关键因素，经多方论证，组建农村 合作社是解决我国三农问题的重要出路。农村合作社是新时期中国农民新的组织方 式，是新农村建设的一项重要议题，也是学术界探讨的热点。当前学界对农村合作 社功能研究主要集中在经济层面，即探讨农村合作社的经济功能，而对于农村合作 社社会功能的探讨却很少。本文选取六安市 DCH 六安瓜片茶叶专业合作社为个案， 在相关理论背景下，以农村合作社的社会功能为研究视角对农村合作社功能进行分 析研究。 本研究基本思路是以分析文献资料为着力点，结合个案研究对象，进行实地调 查和深度访谈，探讨农村合作社的社会功能。研究内容主要包括两点：一是借助于 文献分析对农村合作社的“社会功能”进行定位与分析；二是对农村合作社的社会 功能及当前农村合作社社会功能缺失的原因分析。视角新是本研究最大的特色：将 农村合作社社会功能的考察纳入社会学的视野。 本文系统分为五章：第一章为导论，介绍国内外研究现状、相关理论研究，并 在既有研究的基础上，提出本研究架构：本研究的基本思路、主要内容、研究方法、 主要观点及创新之处、概念界定及个案合作社选取的理由等；第二章对农村合作社 具有的社会功能进行了系统分析，包括提供服务的功能；培育新型农民的功能；协 助乡村治理的功能；保护农村社区环境的功能；维护社会公平的功能等。第三章对 选取的个案合作社进行概括分析，介绍了个案合作社的基本情况，包括个案合作社 组建的背景、核心人物等；该合作社的制度特征及一系列可持续发展的措施等；第 四章分析了个案合作社在实际运转中发挥的社会功能，主要有提供品牌、信息、物 资及为社员提供培训机会等的服务；加强了与政府及市场之间的联系，促进了村民 之间的沟通与交流等。第五章在以上基础上分析了个案合作社部分社会功能缺失的 原因。结语部分对本研究进行了总结与思考。 通过研究发现：在现实环境下，基于自愿而建立的农村合作社，在实现经济功 能的同时，还有社会功能诉求。农村合作社的社会功能，无论是对国家还是对农民 II II 个体都是必要的，农村合作社社会功能的发挥有利于农村建设与农民自身的发展。 但是在现实中，由于各种原因，农村合作社的社会功能常被忽视，这是需要引起各 界重视的问题。 关键词：农村合作社；社会功能；社区治理 PAGE PAGE IV Abstract Three rural issue has become a key influence factors in Chinas modernization process, after many discussions, the formation of cooperatives in rural areas is important to solve the problem of China Agriculture way.
