AbstractHandwrittenmanuscripts,particularlythoseofculturalcelebrities,arebecomingincreasinglyscarcewiththeadventofelectronictime.Thesemanuscriptsareunique,privateandoriginalinnature.Besides,theycanhelpremedymistakesandomissionsinreplicationversionsandprovidevaluableinformationforexploringtheauthor’srealpsychologicalstateinacertainperiodoftime.Allthesereasonshavegivenrisetotheincreasinglyprominenceofthemanuscripts’economicvalueinthecollectionmarket.Therefore,moreandmorecelebrities’manuscriptsflowintothemarketcirculation.Andevensomelivingcelebrities’manuscriptsarealsoonthesale,forexample,theauctionofMoYanandJiaPingao’smanuscriptsoncehaddrawntheattentionofthepublic.However,alongwiththehugeeconomicbenefitsarethedifficultiesandrisksconcerninglaws:thecontentofmanuscriptsusuallyshowstheauthors’privatethoughts,anditwillriskreleasingtheauthors’privacyifthemanuscriptsareputintomarketbeforetheauthors’agreement;additionally,theauctionsofmanuscriptswithouttheauthors’agreementcouldinformanumberofpeopleoftheoriginalcontentofthemanuscripts,andthisisnodoubtaviolationoftheauthors’publicationright.Whilethecitizens’consciousnessofrightsisincreasing,therelatedobigeesofthemanuscriptsarepayingmoreandmoreattentiontotheirrights.Alltheseleadtotheconflictsamongtheownership,rightofprivacy,andcopyright.Thispaperusesacaseanalysisstructure.ItanalysestheproblemsinanddifferentopinionstowardstheauctionofQianZhongshu’smanuscripts,andcloselyaroundthecaseprovidessuggestionsontheproblemsofconflictsofrightsrelatedtocelebrities’manuscriptsauctionsincivilcases.Therearefivepartsinthepaper:Thefirstpartintroducesthecase.ThisreviewsthebasicinformationofthecaseofQianZhongshu’smanuscriptsauction.Thesecondpartdiscussesthefocusesofdisputes.ItmainlyintroducesthedisputethatLiGuoqiang,SungariInternationalAuctionCo.,Ltd.,andYangJiangallprovidedtheirlegalgroundfortheirrights.TheformertwousedPropertyLawandAuctionLawastheirevidence,andthelatterCopyrightLawandLawofSuccession.Thethirdpartintroducesthetheoryofconflictofrigh
