AbstractCommunicationisaneffectivemodernmanagementtoolforcoordinationinmanagementpracticesthroughouttheentireprocess,andthecoreofenterprisemanagementisthemanager,andcommunicationisessential,ithelpscompanytoachieveenhancedcohesionandleadershipfunctions,playinganimportantroleasabridge.Eversincethe‘reformandopen-up’policy,thesmallprivateenterprisesdevelopedrapidlyandbecomeanimportantforceforeconomicdevelopmentinsouthernFujian.Thesmallandmedium-sizedprivateenterprisesofMinnanmosttakethefamilymanagement,operationandmanagementlevelofnepotism.Thismanagementmodelhasacompetitiveadvantageataparticularstageofdevelopmentfortheenterprises,buttherearealsomanydrawbacks.Improvingandinnovatingmanagementmodeofcommunicationisanimportantwaytosolvetheobstaclestothedevelopmentofthesmallprivateenterprises,andalsotopromotethedevelopmentofprivateeconomyinsouthernFujian.Ifthesmallprivateenterpriseswanttobuildinternalharmony,companiesmustovercomethenegativeimpactoffamilycultureandtheirownsmallscale,andestablishafocusonmanagementcommunicationmanagementphilosophy.Inthispaper,weelaboratethedefinition,connotationandfunctionofthecorporateculturebylearningthetheoryofcommunication;Meanwhile,wedescribedcorporatecommunicationsdefinition,functionandmethodwereindetail,toshowthatcommunicationplaysanimportantroleintheenterprisecultureandtheroleinenterprisedevelopment.theroleinenterprisedevelopment.SettingGuangshunCompanyasanexampletoanalyzeaboutthepresentsituationexistingproblemsofminnanregionprivateenterprisemanagementcommunicationintheessay,includingthelackofcommunicationsystem,communicationmethodofthesingle,lowlevelofemployeesthoughtandthelackofstandardizationsystemandsoon.Onthebasisofbeforeanalysis,wedesignacommunicationsystemforsmallprivateenterprisesandputforwardsuchasshapingenterpriseculture,diversifyingcommunicationmethods,improvingthemanagementvalue,strengtheningstaffcommunicationskillstrainingtoeliminatesmallprivateenterprisemanagementcountermeasuresanddisorders.Keywords:Smallandmedium-sizedpriv
