help to establish the theory on which the argument of the existence can be based.Second, the data can be collected by the investigation in the boarding primary schools, in terms of self-designed questionnaire and interview outline, can be helpful to obtain a deeper understanding of the local situation. There are some achievements and experience in this field, which are infrastructure centralization, the teacher management standardization, the classroom discipline, diversification of extracurricular activities and students quality. In addition, the internal management of rural boarding school problems can be analysed from different aspects. They are the infrastructure, logistics, teaching management, teaching and extracurricular activities.Third, this part is mainly focus on the possible solutions of the problems which have been shown in the second part. Not taking everything into the consideration, there are some factors which can have an impact on the management of the boarding primary schools. Based on the analysis of the causes of the inter problems, the funding channels, the management idea, management level, the values can be the key aspects of the management of the boarding primary schools.Forth, with the guidance of the scientific development concept, this essay aims to explore the creative use of new management concept and education concept to improve Chinas rural boarding school internal management. Besides, this essay will talk about the potential solutions from different ways. First, release the internal pressure of infrastructure. Second, with guidance of the total the quality management concept, enhance the quality of the school rear service. Third, put the theory of goal use management into practice to strengthen the construction of teachers team.
