摘要培训、人才引进等七个方面的激励因素,从职称和年龄差异两个维度,对农村教师人力资本激励的影响程度进行比较分析,找出农村教师人力资本的主导激励因素。 第五部分是关于优化农村教师人力资本激励策略的建议。在前面四个部分分析的基础上,结合问卷调查的分析为农村教师人力资本激励机制提出科学合理的改善建议。第 一,建立多样化的人力资本物质激励体系,第二,建立良好的人力资本环境激励体系, 第三,建立科学的人力资本成就激励体系,第四,建立规范化的人力资本能力激励体系。关键词:农村教师,人力资本,激励Research of Human Capital Incentive Problems of Rural Teachers——NewDu of TongCheng Urban as Example ABSTRACTChinas rural education in a wide range of capacity, the strength of rural teachers, especially teachers of how active a large extent affected the development of rural education. In order to further the implementation of quality education and to promote balanced development of education, we must attach great importance to teachers in rural areas of human capital accumulation, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers in rural areas, teachers play the maximum extent of initiative and creativity to improve the quality of teaching in rural primary and secondary schools. This involves teachers in rural areas of human capital incentives. Incentives for rural teachers in our study are not many, have some incentives for rural teachers, human capital, the article mostly from psychology, management studies and other perspectives.
