AbstractThegroupofruralleft-behindchildrenisverylargeinourcountry.Manypeoplehavestudiedonit,butmostofthemstudiedfromthenegativeperspective.Therearelittlestudiesfromthepositiveperspective.Resiliencereferstoone’scapabilitiestoadapttotheadversity.left-behindisakindofsurvivalcondition,andcannotdirectlyexplainthedifferencesofdevelopmentbetweentheleft-behindchildren.Resiliencehasgreatinfluenceonpeople’smentalhealthdevelopment.Physiologicalandpsychicchangesarefiercewhenpeopleareinjuniormiddleschool.Inone’sadolescentages,thestageofphysicalandmentaldevelopmentisnotbalanced.Theteenagersfaceavarietyofpsychologicalcrisis.Soit’sverysignificativetostudytheleft-behindjuniormiddleschoolstudents’resilience.Inthisstudy,theResilienceScaleforChineseAdolescent（RSCA），theMiddleSchoolStudents’MentalHealthScale(MSSMHS)andinterviewswereadministeredtotheruralleft-behindjuniormiddleschoolstudentstosurveytheirresilienceandmentalhealthfirstly.Basedontheformerstudy,agroupcounselingschemewasdesignedandperformedtostudytheeffectivenessofgroupcounselingonruralleft-behindjuniormiddleschoolstudentsresilience.Themainconclusionsareasfollows:（1）Morethanhalfoftheruralleft-behindjuniormiddleschoolstudents’mentalhealthisnotgood.Thementalhealthisdifferentbetweenthegrades,butthereisnodifferencebetweenboysandgirls.（2）Theruralleft-behindjuniormiddleschoolstudentsresilienceisinthemiddlelevel.Theruralleft-behindjuniormiddleschoolstudentsgotlowerscoresonemotionalcontrol,familysupportandsocialsupportthanonthetargetconcentrationandemotionalcontrol.（3）Theresiliencelevelsoftheruralleft-behindjuniormiddleschoolstudentsaresignificantdifferentbetweengrades.Thefreshjuniormiddleschoolstudentshavethelowestresiliencelevel,butthereisnodifferencebetweengirlsandboys.（4）Theruralleft-behindjuniormiddleschoolstudents’resilienceiscloselyrelatedtotheirmentalhealth.（5）Thegroupcounselingcanimprovetheruralleft-behindjuniormiddleschoolstudentsresilience.Keywords:ruraljuniormiddleschool’sleft-behindstudentsresilienceGroupcounseling目录摘要...
