排舞对中学生心理健康影响的实验研究——以汕头市潮阳区棉北中学为例-experimental study on the influence of choreography on middle school students mental health - a case study of mianbei middle school in chaoyang district, shantou city
摘要随着现代社会的发展和竞争性的增强,使家长和社会对青少年的期望水平越来越高。因而使他们面临的精神压力也越来越大,过重的心理压力严重影响着他们心理的健康发展。在整个中学生活中,有的中学生会遇到焦虑、学习压力感、适应不良等轻微心理问题的困扰,但如果长久地承受巨大的心理压力,就容易产生更加严重的心理疾病,影响中学生的心理健康。排舞是一种舞步多元、风格创新、简单易学、既可以独舞,又可以团体共舞的新型舞蹈,它融合了国际上多种流行时尚舞蹈元素。通过排舞对中学生心理健康作用的实验研究,分析其对中学生心理健康发展的改善作用,为更好地推动中学健身排舞开展及解决中学生的心理健康问题提供理论依据。本研究通过文献资料法、问卷法、教学实验法等研究方法深入研究排舞对中学生心理健康的影响作用,研究表明:1、排舞运动对学生的“强迫症状”与“偏执”有积极的改善作用。实验前后学生在“强迫症状”及“偏执”两项因子上差异都具有显著性意义(P<0.001)。2、排舞运动对“人际关系”、“敌对”和“适应不良”这三项心理健康因子具有积极促进作用。3、排舞锻炼对学生“焦虑”、“抑郁”因子的积极作用是非常显著的。4、在排舞锻炼对学生心理产生积极影响,实验前后学生在心理不平衡因子上差异呈现显著性意义(P<0.001)。5、按总标准分来看,实验后与实验前水平相比差异也具有显著性意义。关键词:排舞;中学生;心理健康;实验研究ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofmodernsocietyandtheincreasingofcompetition,theexpectationslevelonyouthofparentsandthesocietyhavebecomehigherandhigher.Sothespiritualpressuretheyfacehavebecomeheavierandheavier.Theover-heavypressureonthemhasseriouslyimpactedontheirmental-healthdevelopment.Throughliteratureconsultation,observation,questionnaires,teachingtrialsandstatisticanalysis,thisresearchstudiestheimpactofline-dancingonthementalhealthofhighschoolstudents.Accordingtothefinding,itcanbeconcludedthat:Line-dancemovementtostudentssymptomsandparanoiahasapositiveroleinimproving.Studentsbeforeandaftertheexperimentinthesymptomsandparanoiaonthetwofactorshavesignificantdifference(P<0.001)Line-dancemovementofinterpersonalrelationshipandhostileandmaladaptivethesethreefactorshavepositivementalhealth.Line-danceexistsgreatdifferencesbetweenpre-testandpro-testonthefactorofpsychologicalimbalance.Inlinedancingexercisepositiveeffectonstudentsmental,studentsinthepsychologicalunbalancefactorbeforeandaftertheexperimentpresentedsignificantdifference(P<0.001).Accordingtothegeneralnorm,therearesignificancesbetweenpre-testandpro-testKeywords:Line-dance;MiddleSchoolStudent;MentalHealth;ExperimentalStudy目录1前言.............................................................................................................................................................11.1问题的提出.............................................
