AbstractThejudgementrunningandjudgementreasonwasconfirmedbythecourtarecalledpro-decidedissues,butinContinentalLawSystemthejudgementinthetexttotheclaimsofconfirmeditemshavenoeffectpredetermination,Becauseitbelongstotheobjectivescopeofresjudicata,sostrictlyfromtheContinentalLawSystemspointofview,thispaperwillfocusontheeffectivenessofthereasonismadeupofitemsinthejudgment.Eventhoughtheproblembymanyscholarshascarriedonthediscussionandanalysis,butourcurrentlegislationthateffectivenessofpro-decidedissuesthatcannotprovidegoodpracticalguidanceforthejudicialpractice,sotheauthoraccesstoalargenumberofliteratureandcaseinvestigation,basedonthedomesticpresentsituationoflegislationandtheacademiccontroversy,andcomprehensivereferencetotherelevantextraterritorialsystem,inordertoexpandresearchonthevalidityofpro-decidedissuesinjudgmentreasons。Theauthorputsforwardthreeinnovations，theconceptofprovedfacts’effectiveness，withoutindependentrightofclaimofathirdpersonhowtoapplytheeffect,aswellastheeffectivenessofcivilprocuratorialsupervisionprocedure，inordertoachievesomebreakthroughsinpreviousstudies.Thispapermainlyconsistsofthefollowingfourparts:chapterone,thestatusquoofpro-decidedissues’enforcementrecognitioninjudgmentreason.Thispartismainlytomakeacombtothecurrentlegislationofourcountryfromtheacademiccontroversyandjudicialpracticeoftheproblemtoappearintheeffectivenessofpro-decidedissuesasasimpleintroduction,andintheformofcaseraisesproblemurgentlytobesolvedinthejudicialpractice.Chaptertwo，thispartinvolvescomparativeresearchfromtherelevantextraterritorialsystemonpro-decidedissues.SuchasExculsionRulesofcivilprocedureinCommonLawSystemandresjudicatatheoryresearchinContinentalLawSystem,aswellasthepre-determinedfactinRussiaLawSystemthesethreedifferentperspectivestoanalyzetheoutsiderelatedsystem,tocombinetheadvantagesanddisadvantagesfortransplantingrelevantextraterritorialsystemintoourcountryandconsideritisfeasibleornot.Chapterthree,Returntothenatureofthevalidityofpro-decidedissuesinjudgementreasons,
