农村初中数学合作学习现状调查分析——以甘肃省宕昌县为例-investigation and analysis on the current situation of rural junior high school mathematics cooperative learning - taking dangchang county, gansu province as an example
摘要合作学习是我国基础教育改革中积极倡导的教学和学习方式,它在培养学生合作意识、情感交流、互相带动、共同提高等方面有着重要的作用,同时,它也为学生自主学习、探究学习等提供了很好的平台。新课程改革以来,合作学习在我国数学教学中被很多教师尝试运用,与城市相比,农村教育在很多方面有其特殊性,数学合作学习在农村初中的实施现状如何值得关注。本研究以甘肃省宕昌县为例,通过文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法、案例分析法等方法,分别从数学合作学习的认识、数学合作学习的开展情况、数学合作学习的组织以及数学合作学习的评价与效果等几方面进行了调查研究。通过研究发现:教师对数学合作学习理论认识不足,使用率并不是很高。有些教师不了解授课内容的特点,盲目使用合作学习;合作学习组织过程中分组不合理,教师角色定位不准确,学生缺乏一定的合作技能、参与度不均衡,评价体系不是很科学,有的数学合作学习效果一般。基于研究发现的问题,提出以下对策与建议:(1)学校应组织教师参加培训,提高对数学合作学习的理论认识;(2)学校应使用多元化的教师评价机制,使更多的教师能运用合作学习去教学;(3)教师要努力提高自身的专业素养;(4)教师要加强对学生合作技能的培养;(5)教师应掌握一些数学合作学习的教学策略。关键词:农村初中;数学教学;合作学习;实施现状AbstractCooperativelearningisateachingandlearningmethodsthatactivelypromotebythereformofChinasbasiceducation.Itplaysanimportantroleindevelopingstudentssenseofcooperation,emotionalcommunication,drivingeachotherandimprovingtogether.Atthesametime,italsoprovidesagoodplatformforindependentlearning,inquirylearning.Sincethenewcurriculumreform,manyteacherstrytousecooperativelearninginmathematicsteachinginourcountry.Comparedwiththeurban,ruraleducationhasitsparticularityinmanyways,whatisthestatusofimplementationofmathematicscooperativelearningworthyofattention.TakeTanchangcountryasanexampleinthisstudy,researchedunderstandingofmathematicscooperativelearning,thelaunchingofthemathematicscooperativelearning,theorganizationofthemathematicscooperativelearningandtheeffectandevaluationofthemathematicscooperativelearningthroughliteraturemethod,questionnaire,interviews,caseanalysisandothermethods.Throughthestudyfoundthat:Teachersunderstandingofthetheoryonmathematicscooperativelearningisnotenoughandtheutilizationrateofthecooperativelearningisnotveryhigh.Someteachersblinduseofcooperativelearning,becausetheydonotunderstandthecharacteristicsoftheteachingcontent;Incooperativelearningorganizationgroupingisunreasonable,teachersroleisnotreasonablypositioned,studentslackacertaindegreeofcooperationskillsandtheparticipationisnotbalanced,cooperativelearningevaluationsystemisunscientific,Somemathematicaleffectsofcooperativelearningisgeneral.Basedonthepro
