农村初中教师师本培训分析——以湖南省a县为例-analysis on teacher-based training of rural junior high school teachers - taking a county in hunan province as an example
摘要教师培训是提高教师队伍整体素质和促进其专业成长的重要途径,对教师的专业发展和综合素质的提高应该起到举足轻重的作用。如何让培训真正发挥实效,而不是走过场,考验着培训设计者的智慧,这就要求教师培训不要为培训而培训,而要讲究培训的实效性。农村教育问题是我国极为重要的现实问题,也是当前我国教育体系中的一个薄弱环节。农村教育的质量如何,关键靠教师。而变革教师的关键是变革培训。因此,加强农村初中在职教师知识更新,提高农村教师队伍的整体素质将成为十分重要和迫切的问题。目前农村教师培训教师主体参与度低、培训积极性不高,导致培训针对性不强,实效性不高,影响了培训的实效。因此,开展以农村初中教师为本,以满足教师教学实践为需求,促进教师个性化发展为根本的师本培训成为当务之需。本研究采用文献、调查、访谈等方法,首先对湖南省A县教师培训现状和存在的问题进行了调查与分析,调查发现A县初中教师培训在培训设施,培训形式,培训师资素质,培训内容,培训管理等方面存在诸多原因,导致教师培训问题的原因,既有教师教育培训主管部门和参训教师学校的显性原因,也有消极的农村农村文化以及个人主义教师文化等隐性原因存在。因此,要提高农村教师培训质量,真正做到教师培训中以参训教师为本,需要教师教育培训部门、参训教师学校和教师自己三者积极配合:教育管理部门要不断完善培训机制,为教师成长创造有利条件;参训教师学校要变革学校文化,实现教师培训迁移;教师自己也要树立自我发展意识,主动参训,提升素质,促进个体专业成长。关键词农村初中教师;以师为本;教师培训;对策-AbstractTeachertrainingisdeedtoplayanimportantpartinimprovingtheoverallqualityoftheteachersandpromotingtheirprofessionalgrowth,especiallyfortheirspecializationdevelopmentandcomprehensivequalityimprovement.Thetimelinessoftheteachertrainingrequiresthetraindesignerstogrowtheirwisdomtostrivefortherealresultsinsteadofhastytraining.Theruraleducationhasbeenboththeimportantrealproblemsandweaklinkinthetrainingsystemduetothelowparticipationandenthusiasm.Thereforethefirstimperativeshouldbeonupdatingtheknowledgeandimprovingtheoverallqualityoftheworkingteachersbyholdingthetrainingcenteredbytheruralteachersandguidedbytheneedsofteachingpractices.Thisresearchappliesthemethodofliterature,investigationandinterviewtomakeaninvestigationandanalysisonthecurrentsituationandexistingproblemsoftheteachertraininginAcity.TheinvestigationresultsdedicatethatteachertraininAcityisconfrontedwithvariousproblemsinthetrainingfacilities,trainingforms,qualitiesofthefaculty,trainingcontentsandmanagementduetotheapparentreasonsfromtheadministrativeapartmentandtheparticipatingschool,andthehiddenreasonscausedbytheruralcultureandindividualism.Thereforethesolutionsaretocollaboratepositivelybythetrainingdepartment,participatingschoolsandtheteacherstoachievethegoalofteachers-oriented;createthefavorableconditionsfortheteachersbysettingupperfecttrainingmechanism;a
