摘要目前，农村初级中学普遍出现了教师不稳定、教师职业倦怠、教学硬件设施差、学生厌学、大量学生进城就读和生源流失严重等现象，严重的阻碍了农村学校教育教学的发展。暴露出了农村初级中学管理跟不上的诸多问题。因此，提升农村初级中学的学校管理水平迫在眉睫，因此针对农村初级中学管理进行深入研究和反思，以成为国家、社会、教育管理学者和学校管理者所关注的焦点，只有通过深入的研究，寻找出农村初级中学管理规律和提升学校管理水平的出路，才能最终达到提高农村初级中学管理水平和管理效能，整体提升教育教学质量，缩小城乡教育教学差距，促进城乡初级中学教育均衡发展，才能办好人民满意的教育。本文以石阡县某某初级中学为个案，采取调查、访谈法为主的研究方式，分析当前农村初级中学在管理上存在的问题，并提出了相应的改进对策。论文的主要内容包括三个方面的内容：第一部分对当代农村初级中发展所面临的机遇和困难进行整体分析，第二部分对石阡县某某初级中学学校管理现状进行整体把握；第三部分重点研究石阡某某初级中学学校管理现状；第四部分重点论述农村初级中学学校管理存在的问题以及提出相应的对策。为农村初级中学的管理适应新时期的发展要求以及促进义务教育教育均衡发展，都具有一定的理论意义和实践意义。关键词：初级中学；学校管理；问题与对策AbstractAtpresent,ruraljuniormiddleschoolsgenerallyteachersinstability,poorteacherburnout,teachinghardwarefacilities,studyingwearinessofstudents,alargenumberofstudentsinthecityandthelossofstudentsseriousphenomenon,seriouslyhinderedthedevelopmentofruralschooleducationandteaching.Exposedthemanyproblemsinthemanagementofruraljuniormiddleschoolmanagement.Therefore,itisurgenttoimprovethemanagementlevelofruraljuniormiddleschool,andtobecomethefocusofnational,social,educationalmanagementscholarsandschooladministrators.Onlythroughin-depthstudy,tofindoutthewaytoimprovethemanagementlevelandmanagementlevel,improvetheteachingquality,reducethegapbetweenurbanandruraleducation,andpromotethebalanceddevelopmentofurbanandruralprimaryschoolstorunthepeoplessatisfaction.ThispapertakesShiqianCountyRuraljuniormiddleschoolmanagementastheanalysissample,takeinvestigationandinterviewmethod,analyzetheexistingproblemsinthemanagementofruralprimaryschool,findoutthewaytoimprovethemanagementlevelofruraljuniormiddleschools,andprovidereferenceforthereformofruraljuniormiddleschoolmanagement.Tostudythecurrentsituationofruraljuniormiddleschoolschoolmanagementisbasedonthecurrentsituationofprimaryschoolmanagementandthepracticalneedsofeducationreformanddevelopment.Applyingmoderneducationalmanagementtheorytofindoutthecommonproblemsinthemanagementofruraljuniormiddleschools.Ithascertaintheoreticalandpracticalsignificanceforthemanagementofruraljuniormiddleschoolstomeetthedevel
