ABSTRACTSince 1980s, organizational culture has been the popular term of enterpri ses operation and management. Teamwork has not only become the good idea in management, but also has been applied in team construction and high performance team. The common sense is that team success is permanent rather than personal success is temporal a nd team success is based on the cooperation of each team member. Therefore, some suggestion are that reconstructing enterprise organization for good teamwork and the importance and advantage should be stressed by the leader. This paper analyzes team, efficient team and team building in three parts on the basis of the research background.First Part: It reviews the team’s conception, characteristics, application mechanism, the relations between team and groups as well as team and the collectives and the inspiration as well as significance of the team from the theoretical perspectives; meanwhile, it also analyzes the emergence, development and evolution of teams as well as the reasons for the utilization of teams by enterprises.Second Part: it explores the connotations and features, approaches and progress as well as the key steps and significance of team building from the perspective of empirical analysis; on the basis of which, it also reveals the concept of efficient teams, the principles and methods of efficient team building and the conditions for shaping the images of efficient teams.Third Part: It analyzes the efficient team building of Henan GF Company from the angle of case study. This part takes Henan GF Company as the objective of the case study and introduces the background, development achievements as well as its principles and service tenets; it also explores the issues and reasons existing in efficient team building of this company and proposes the relevant solutes and puts forward the countermeasures for the future development of this company.KEYWORDS: EnterprisesHigh performance teamConstruction countermeasures目录摘要 ....
