Summarized the main conclusions of this article, and note a few issues.The endogenous mechanism of farmer mutual funds contains many aspects, such as generation mechanism, participation mechanism, and competition, etc. The paper mainly analyzes mechanism of generation, participation and operation. The perspective of this paper is divided into macro and micro. In macro analysis, the paper studies the generation mechanism of farmer mutual funds by institutional economic theory. In micro perspective, based on cognitive psychology and experience, the article constructed model of endogenous mechanism for farmer mutual funds, studied generation mechanism, participation mechanism and management structure based on two sides’ game for farmer mutual funds. There are three main conclusions of this article. Firstly, in this stage, Chinese farmer is not “rational peasant”, the paper suggested that “moral peasant” hypothesis rightly characterized the choice of peasants. Secondly, the generation of farmer mutual funds is inherent institutional rationality, which produced by the rural financial system supply can not meet the demand. Finally, the generation of farmer mutual funds is a multi-game process. Core number and ordinary number owned different impact. There is also a mutual game process between them. The result of game is the management structure or performance about farmer mutual funds. The management structure is based on the capacity (knowledge) and relationships (identity).
