ResearchoncorrelationbetweenBrainnatriureticpeptide(BNP)andType2diabeticnephropathyMajor:EndocrineandMetabolicdiseasesPostgraduate:WenAnSupervisor:FanLiangMin[Abstract]Objective:ToinvestigatecorrelationsofBNP（Brainnatriureticpeptide）levelswithrenalfunctions,glucose,lipidsandotherfactorsbymeasuringBNPlevelsofType2diabeticnephropathypatients.Methods：75diabeticswhoreceivedtreatmentfromFebruary2013toJuly2014inGuiyangmedicalcollegebaiyunhospitalandconformedtoinclusionstandards,and21healthyindividualswerechosenasresearchsamples.Theyweredividedintotwogroups:thecontrolgroupandthediabetesgroup.21healthyindividuals(54.00±6.63)wereputintothecontrolgroup,including11malesand10females.Therewere75diabetics（59.69±8.16）inthediabetesgroup,including33malesand42females.AccordingtotheirUrinaryAlbumin/Creatinine(UmAlb/C),75diabeticsinthediabetesgroupwerefurtherdividedintothreesmallgroups:thenormalbuminuricgroup(UmAlb/C＜30mg/g)with25cases,themicroalbuminuricgroup(30mg/g≤UmAlb/C300mg/g)with31cases,andthemacroalbuminuricgroup（UmAlb/C≥300mg/g)with19cases.Results:(1)BNPlevelsofType2diabeticsandType2diabeticnephropathypatientsweresignificantlyhigherthanhealthyindividuals.(2)TheBNPlevel(293.91±111.60)ofpatientsinthemicroalbuminuricgroup,andtheBNPlevel（664.97±363.76）ofpatientsinthemacroalbuminuricgroupweresignificantlyhigherthantheBNPlevel(123.65±45.49)ofpatientsinthenormalbuminuricgroup,whileandtheBNPlevel（664.97±363.76）ofpatientsinthemacroalbuminuricgroupweresignificantlyhigherthantheBNPlevel(293.91±111.60)ofpatientsinthemicroalbuminuricgroup,whichindicatedstatisticalsignificance(P0.05.Creatinine(110.36±28.350),cystatin-c(1.36±0.53),bloodureanitrogen(6.79±1.65)ofpatientsinthemicroalbuminuricgroupwerehigherthancreatinine(76.22±18.83),cystatin-c(0.85±0.20)andbloodureanitrogen(6.04±1.72)ofpatientsinthenormalbuminuricIIgroup,whilecreatinine(258.54±73.14),cystatin-c(1.99±0.47),bloodureanitrogen(9.4±1.49)inthemacroalbuminuricgroupwerealsosignificanthighlythancreatinine(110.36±28.35),cystatin-c(1.36±
