摘 要企业在追求经济利益的同时，履行必要的社会责任，加强企业社会责任内部 控制建设，不仅是社会公众的共同要求，也是企业可持续发展的动力。生产安全 事故属于负面企业社会责任事件的范畴，大量事实证明，企业违反社会责任，损 害利益相关者的利益，不仅会给企业自身形象和声誉带来负面影响，还会受到资 本市场的惩罚，造成股东财富的损失。就生产安全事故而言，作为生产要素之一 的员工不仅是企业核心竞争力的重要源泉，也是社会发展的宝贵财富。因此，保 障员工的安全生产不但有利于企业的正常运作和未来发展前景，也促进了社会的 和谐与发展。而发生生产安全事故则相反，既阻碍了企业的正常经营，也与我国 以人为本的理念相悖，在企业遭受处罚的同时也成为和谐社会进程中的绊脚石， 因此，督促企业加强安全生产管理，减少或避免生产安全事故的发生是十分必要 的。然而，目前学术界关于生产安全事故的研究主要采用规范研究方法，这些研 究与实证研究相比缺乏一定的说服力，对督促企业积极承担社会责任，加强企业 社会责任内部控制建设的激励作用也比较小。本文以 2002 年到 2012 年期间 58 起有员工人身伤亡的生产安全事故的 A 股 上市公司为研究样本，以同行业企业为配对样本，共得到 2172 个样本，运用事 件研究法来分析资本市场对发生安全事故企业的市场反应问题。实证研究结果表 明：生产安全事故发生后，与同行业其他企业相比，资本市场对发生生产安全事 故的企业做出了显著的负向反应，降低了股东财富，体现了投资者对不负社会责 任企业的惩戒效应。这一结果也说明投资者认为这类企业在企业社会责任内部控 制方面存在缺陷，信息披露体系不完善，持有这类股票具有更大的投资风险，同 时也向管理层施加了一定的压力，提醒企业管理层在追求经济利益时，要注重企 业生产安全问题，加强企业安全生产制度、安全生产文化、信息披露等企业社会 责任内部控制建设，树立安全生产的理念，积极承担社会责任，以有效避免生产 安全事故的发生。关键词：生产安全事故、信息曝光、市场反应ABSTRACTEnterprises to undertake the necessary social responsibility and strengthen the construction of internal control of corporate social responsibility when pursuing economic interests is not only the public，s common requirement, but also the power of sustainable development for enterprises.
