摘要劳动分工一直伴随着科技进步和经济发展演进。在当代，在社会分工和企业 内部分工这两种基本分工形态之外，一种新的分工形态即企业网络分工出现了。 企业网络分工是介于社会分工和企业内部分工之间的一种劳动分工形态，它的出 现将改变以往的企业竞争格局，使现代企业竞争呈现出新的特点。对企业网络分 工的深入研究将有助于我国企业更有效地融入国际分工体系，提高自身竞争力。 本文阐述了企业网络分工的主要形式—— 产品内分工与模块化机制，并研究了企 业网络分工与企业竞争力之间的关系。本文首先回顾对产品内分工、模块化和企业竞争力的研究，然后阐述产品内 分工的相关原理及模块化价值的决定，并在此基础上进一步探讨企业网络分工提 升企业竞争力的机制。最后总结全文，并从企业网络分工的视角提出了提升我国 企业竞争力的对策和建议。主要包括：第一，国内著名企业可以与国际强大的跨国公司组建虚拟组织或是战略联 盟，集中资源与技术于自身擅长的、关键的、附加值高的环节，成为网络分工中 的领导企业，利用好合同制造商（MCs）的优质互补资源，强化自身竞争力。第二，对于中小企业，应该制定好自身发展战略，积极与具有竞争力的中外企业合作。由于自身实力不是很强，可以考虑非核心业务外包和关键技术环节“逆 向外包”，积极加入网络分工，在网络分工中掌握“默会知识”，加快企业竞争力 提升的步伐。第三，产品内分工的产生依托于比较优势和规模经济，但这里并不意味着一 国有了要素禀赋优势就具有了产品内分工优势，在一国参与产品内分工的过程 中，要防止陷入产品内分工陷阱。第四，国内模块制造商（Module- maker）在网络“入围”竞争中要争向网主企 业过渡，在 DIM 构成的价值网络中要处理好同一产业内产品价值网络的竞争与 不同产业间产品价值网络的合作关系。关键词：企业网络分工；产品内分工；模块化；企业竞争力ABSTRACTDivision of labor has been accompanied by the evolution of scientific and technological progress and economic development. In modern times, except the social division of labor and division of labor within the enterprise, the enterprise network division appeared. Enterprise networks division is between the social division of labor and division of labor within the enterprise division .It will change the old competitive situation,and make modern enterprise competitiveness show new trait. Deep research into division of the enterprise network will help Chinas enterprises more effectively get into the international division of labor to improve their competitiveness. this article will study its main from----- intra-product labor division and modularity mechanism,and study the relationship beteween enterprise networks dibision and enterprise competitiveness.This article first reviews the research on intra-product labor division , modularity and enterprise competitiveness,then describes the related principle and how to dicide the value of modularity ,on the basis of which,disscuss the mechanism to improve enterprise competitiveness by enterprise networks division.
