山西医科大学硕士学位论文 山西医科大学硕士学位论文 I I 钙通道阻滞剂介导的药物性牙龈增生的相关研究 摘 要 目的： 结合相关文献，进行分析及总结 18 例因钙通道阻滞剂引起的药物性牙龈增 生的有关临床资料，并探究因使用钙通道阻滞剂而引起的药物性的牙龈增生的 防治措施，目的是引起医生及患者对此种药物不良反应的重视并及时制定治疗 方案，减轻不良反应。 方法： 1．了解因服用钙通道阻滞剂引起的有关药物性牙龈增生的相关文献，掌握 目前国内外有关的最新进展； 2．收集 2014 年 3 月—2015 年 2 月就诊于山西医科大学口腔医院牙周科 18 例确诊为钙通道阻滞剂引起的药物性牙龈增生的病例资料，收集所有病例曲面 断层片，以了解牙槽骨吸收程度；并详细记录下患病者的相关牙周检查指数即： 探诊深度、牙龈增生指数、牙龈出血指数以及菌斑指数等。并需要对以上信息 总结。 结果： 1．18 例钙通道阻滞剂引起的药物性牙龈增生的患者中，男 11 例，女 7 例， 其中 56-69 岁年龄组多发。 2．患者因牙龈增生就诊人数 2 人，占所有患者的 11.1%。 3．牙龈炎症减退的同时药物性牙龈增生的情况也会好转。 II II 4．结果显示用牙周基础治疗的方法治疗因服用钙通道阻滞剂而诱发的牙龈 增生有效，可减轻牙龈增生程度，其长期效果还需继续观察。 结论： 患者服用钙通道阻滞剂而导致牙龈增生的状况，目前发现有很多相关因素 影响，但机制尚不明确。当前认为进行牙周基础治疗对控制这种药物不良反应 的效果尚可，但患者对药物性牙龈增生的重视程度低。提示相关科室医生在给 患者用钙通道阻滞剂前需强调口腔维护的重要性，口腔医生在临床中遇到服用 钙通道阻滞剂控制血压的病人也要提高重视，提前预防药物性牙龈增生的发生， 并对病人进行宣传教育，提高病人对口腔健康的认识，增强就医意识。 关键词：药物性牙龈增生；钙通道阻滞剂；牙周治疗 PAGE PAGE III Correlation Research on Gingival Overgrowth Induced by Calcium Channel Blocker Abstract Objective: By reviewing the relevant literatures and analyzing the clinical materials from 18 patients suffered from gingival overgrowth induced by calcium channel blockers, we studied the viable measures for gingival overgrowth induced by calcium channel blockers and aimed at attracting the attention of doctors and patients to make the treatment plan timely in order to reduce the adverse reactions.
