人才单一主体培养遇到的种种问题和瓶颈,以构建我国职业培训大教育社会化体系,发展我国高技能人队伍的培养。关键词:高技能人才,培养,校企合作,职业培训THE RESEARCH OF THE COOPERATIVE CULTIVATION MODEL OF HIGH TECHNICAL ABILITYTALENTS——TAKE SHANGHAI AS AN EXAMPLEABSTRACTIn todays world, with the rapid development of science and technology, the level of information technology gradually intensified, the high-tech industry has become the dominant world economy, so highly skilled personnel as an important element of the high-tech fields, has become the focus of world attention. In recent years, highly skilled personnel trainings are taken as a priority to improve the employment rate,and speed up the upgrading of industrial structure all over the country. However, the high-performance of personnel training can’t be taken by unilateral efforts. How to play to the leading role of the government, and corporate positions equipment resources and school teacher curriculum advantage to explore a highly efficient, cost-effective cooperation of highly skilled personnel training mode, provide a good environment for the growth of highly skilled personnel, strengthen the construction of highly skilled personnel to improve the results of the training of highly skilled personnel supervision, the multi-party cooperation and development of the whole society of highly skilled personnel training are the focus of the study in this article.Taking Shanghai as an example, according to the theory of human capital and the public goods, analize the the problem of high-skilled personnel training status, from the government, businesses, schools, social culture encountered bottlenecks and reasons, combining the advanced experiences, trying to solve the problems in the training of highly skilled personnel, to created from the goal-oriented, system, integration of resources, results of supervision and legal protection in terms of the multifaceted cooperation of highly skilled personnel training mode to build our vocational training, education social system and develop highly sk
