AbstractWiththeincreaseoftrainspeed,theinteractionbetweenthetrainandairismoreandmoreobvious.Consequently,theaeroelasticproblemsforthehigh-speedtrainstructurearestudiedinthisthesis.Themaincontentsareasfollows:Onthebackgroundofskirtboardinhigh-speedtrain,theaeroelasticequationoftwo-dimensionalcantileveredplatewhoseonesurfaceissubjectedtothesubsonicairflowisestablishedusingtheclassicalthinplatetheoryandtheaerodynamicforcemodelbasedonthelinearpotentialflowtheory.TheequationofmotionisdiscretizedtotheordinarydifferentialequationsbyusingGalerkin’smethod.Thefluttercharacteristicsareanalyzedbysolvingthegeneralizedeigenvalueproblem,andtheresponsesoftheplateintimedomaincanbecalculatedbytheNewmarknumericalintegrationmethod.Numericalsimulationshowsthattheflutterphenomenoncanoccurforthinplatesubjectedtosubsonicairflow.Thevibrationoftheplatecanbeconvergentfortheairflowspeedbeingbelowthecriticalflutterspeed,whileitcanbedivergentfortheairflowspeedabovethecriticalflutterspeed.Iftheairflowspeedisequaltothecriticalflutterspeed,theconstantamplitudevibrationwillappear.TheCFD/CSDalgorithmwhichisatwo-wayfluid-structurecouplingalgorithm,isusedtosolvetheresponsesofcantileveredplateinthisthesis.TheresponsesobtainedbytheCFD/CSDarecomparedwiththosecalculatedbytheoreticalmethod.Theresultscalculatedbybothmethodsareingoodagreementwitheachother,whichindicatesthattheCFD/CSDalgorithmisappropriatetosolvetheaeroelasticproblem.Three-dimensionalplatestructureswithdifferentboundaryconditions,suchascantievered,simplysupportedandclampedplatesareconsidered.Thevariationofflowfielddistributionandthedisplacementresponsesofplateunderdifferentconditionsareanalysed.Meanwhile,theinfluencesofdifferentstructuralandmaterialparameters,suchasribbedandnon-ribbedstructures,steelandaluminumalloyplatesareconsidered.Fortheresearchontheresponsesoftrianstructuresunderaerodynamicforce,thisthesisisdifferentfromtraditionalresearchmethod.Theinteractionbetweenelasticdeformationoftrainstructureandaerodynamicforceisthemainfocusofthis
