摘要我国由计划经济时代转向市场经济时代,社会发展迅速,高等教育进入大众 化。传统的高等教育是依靠计划指令来完成人才培养,市场经济下高等教育显然 已经无法适应这样的发展方式。高校,尤其是地方高校,为了争取自己的发展战 略地位,必须要走出象牙塔。高校社会资本有三个维度,分别是结构维、关系维和认知维,高校通过内部 和外部层面来集聚社会资本对高校发展协同创新的影响既有正向的也有负向的, 但是总体来说是利大于弊。通过对过去学者相关文献分析和知网相关文献的数据 分析发现:目前对高校社会资本在高校协同创新的应用研究仍在起步阶段,这为 本论文展开研究提供了契机。本文通过高校社会资本内部和外部的三个维度对地 方高校协同创新影响进行详细论述,进而通过对比现实中我国地方高校积累社会 资本的实际情况的差距进行剖析。目前地方高校尚缺乏完整的社会结构网络;有 利于创新文化氛围尚未形成;地方高校协同创新主体缺乏信任和合作;合作各方 缺乏互惠规范。最后针对这些差距分析其产生的原因。最后论文提出相关的解决 路径:即建立和健全社会网络联结机制;规范和完善信任治理机制;构建高效的 制度化沟通机制;建立共享式社会规范和激励机制。关键词:社会资本地方高校协同创新影响机制AbstractWith the transition of economy and social development, the higher education of country has already transit from elite education stage to the popular stage. Higher education used to rely on submitting to government - directed to complete given plan while higher education currently hardly adapt to that way. In order to fight for their own strategic position, Universities, especially local colleges, should struggle to get out of the ivory tower.There are three dimensions in university social capital, namely structural dimension, relations dimension and cognitive dimension, through internal and external aspects of universities to gather social capital development of collaborative innovation has both positive impacts and negative ones, overall it is that the benefits outweigh the risks. According to relevant papers and statistics on CNKI, the author fond a fact that there still few people research in this filed which gives a chance to author to conduct this research. The author apply to reach on the impacts of 3 dimensions of social capital to university collaborative innovation and discussed the influence mechanism in detail, it is found that the current lack of local colleges and universities complete social structure of the network; culture conducive to innovation has not yet formed; collaboration with local universities is lack of trust and co-main innovation, cooperation between the parties is lack of reciprocity norms. the author proposes a path
