AbstractWiththegrowingdemandformobileInternetservicesaswellastherapidspreadofthesmartterminalsuchasiPhoneandAndroid,mobiledagitalbusinessboomedinsales.OperatorsneedtotakeadvantagesofusingWLANtechnologytoeasebottlenecksof3Gdatanetwork.Sinceuniversityusersarethemainforceofhi-techconsumerproductsandhavestrongacceptanceofnewthings,thecollegemarketisbecomingahighlypotentialandstrategicmarket.Sohowtoidentify,developandmaintaintheuniversityusergroups’consumerhabitsandbehaviorshouldbefurthersystematicresearch.BasedonthetheoryofTechnologyAcceptanceandthecharacteristicsofWLANaswellastheconsumerpsychologyandbehavioralcharacteristicsofcollegeusers,weproposeauseradoptionmodelofWLANofcollegeusersinwhichperformanceexpectation,effortexpectation,socialinfluence,facilitingcondition,perceivedcost,personalinnovationnesswillpositivelyaffecttheirbehaviorintentionofWLANacceptance.WhilecollegeuserspersonalinnovationnesswillpositivelyinfluenceeffortexpectationandbehaviorintentionofWLANacceptancewillhaveapositiveimpactontheactualusebehavior.Wecollected422questionnairesfromcollegesanduniversitiesforempiricalanalysisandtestedtheresearchmodelthroughthestructuralequationmodeling.Theanalysisshowedthattheperceivedperformanceexpectations,socialimpactandfacilitatingconditionhaveasignificantpositiveeffectonthebehaviorintentionofWLANacceptance.PersonalinnovationpositivelyinfluencetheeffortexpectationandtheirintentionofWLANacceptance.BehaviorintentionofWLANacceptancehasasignificantpositiveimpactontheactualusebehavior.Theresultsalsoshowthatmostofthesehypothesesaresupported.Andaccordingtoresearchfindingswhichprovidevaluabletheoreticalandpracticalsuggestions,thetelecomoperatorscandevelopappropriatemarketingstrategiesofWLANbusinessapplication.Keywords：WirelessLocalAreaNetworkUserAcceptanceModeltheUnifiedTheoryofAcceptanceandUseofTechnologyModelPersonalInnovativeness目录摘要....................................................................................................................IAbstract..............
