摘要高校师生关系，作为高等教育中的重要方面，从始至终贯穿于教育的全部过程，一切教育活动本身应富有的价值在此体现。然而，现代高校的师生关系对于理性、终极价值的追求使得教育目的发生了异化，科学、有序的教育教学很难激发学生学习的兴趣，及启发学生对问题的进一步思考。兰州高校的师生交往现状是一幅怎样的图景？他们在情感交流上遇到了哪些难以逾越的鸿沟？与后现代师生观的教育理念存在哪些差距？结合现实情境我们应提出哪些改善师生关系的对策？带着这些问题，通过问卷和访谈，展开了对兰州三所全日制本科高等院校276名师生（其中学生240名，教师36名）的行动研究。基于交往观、教学观、学习观、知识观、学生观、评价观六大维度，发现高校师生之间普遍存在无精神交流的知识“授受关系”；根深蒂固的教师“话语霸权”；人文教育的忽视；照本宣科的教学方法；缺乏批判思维的对话；教师对优等生的偏爱；教化与灵魂铸造功能的分离等等这些痼疾。淡漠、疏离、灌输、忽视、被动、失望、埋怨……凸显出了现代师生交往的特点。后现代教育思想以其多元、崇尚差异、主张开放、重视平等、推崇创造、否定中心和等级、批判总体化和精英主义等理念为高校师生观提出了建设性的理论图景：师生间的教学相长；“人师”内涵的解读；扩展精神交往；质疑真理、批判权威；关心“边缘人”；内心世界的情感交流等等。真理是相对的。作为西方的舶来品，岂是放之四海皆准的道理？自身的缺失和局限在所难免：“知识商品化”？“知识交易”？教师提供的服务是一种“消费商品”？基于这种商品关系，将会产生哪些负效应？学习、利用国外成果理应提倡，然而不要忘了辩证地看待和筛选。取其精华，弃之不适。关键词：高校师生关系；后现代；人文素质教育AbstractTherelationship,betweenteachersandstudentsatcollege,hasalwaysexistedinthewholeprocessofhighereducationasthekeyaspect.Andthevalueamongallofactivitiesisreflectedinthisteachers-studentsrelationship.However,theaimsofeducationhavevaried,inviewofpursuitofreasonandultimatevaluebythemodernteachers-studentsrelationship.Itisquitedifficulttoinspirestudents’learninginterestsandenlightentheirfurtherthinkingforscientificandorderedinstruction.Whatisshowedinthepictureforthecurrentstatusofteachers-studentsinteractionatuniversitiesinLanZhouCity?Whatareobstaclestoovercomeintheexchangeofemotion?WhataregapsoccurredthatcomparestothePost-modernismprospectofteachers-students?Whataretheeffectivecountermeasuresthatweraisedtoimprovetheteachers-studentsrelationship?Therefore,withthesequestions,theactionresearchinvestigates36teachersand240studentsatthreefull-timeundergraduatecollegesofLanZhouviaquestionnairesandinterviews.Basedonthesixdimensionalities,suchastheprospectofintercommunication,instruction,study,knowledge,students,assess,wecanfindthattherelationshipof“Knowledgeimparting”withnospiritexchangesamongteachersandstudents;“discoursehegemony”ofdeep-rootedteachers;ignoranceofhumaneducation;rigidmethodsintheclass;lackofcriticalthinking;preferenceforthetopintheclass;separationbetweenth
