摘要网络化制造是二十一世纪制造业发展的趋势。随着市场竞争全球化和多样化，产品生命周期变短，市场需求呈现个性化趋势，单独依靠某个企业自己的实力很难把握住市场机遇。因此，企业开始通过网络技术来组建动态的联盟企业，这就需要对合作伙伴进行综合的分析评价，选择最优的企业来组成网络化制造联盟，并对联盟内部资源进行单元重构，达到共同提高市场适应能力的目的。本文对网络化制造环境下联盟企业及其合作伙伴选择的理论基础进行了研究，提出了三阶段合作伙伴选择方法，给出了合作伙伴选择后可重构制造单元的单元重构数学模型。结合国内外有关合作伙伴选择的研究情况，本文阐述了合作伙伴的生命周期，总结出了合作伙伴选择的基本原则，给出了完整的合作伙伴选择评价指标体系。对常用的伙伴选择方法进行了分析，总结出了利用改进的层次分析法进行合作伙伴选择的一种方法。该方法分为资格审查、初步排序、层次分析法精选三个步骤，保留了层次分析法的优点而克服了其缺点。最后针对网络化制造环境下联盟企业在实际运行过程中遇到的问题，提出了用单元重构的方法进行联盟内部的资源组合，并给出了单元重构的数去除了学模型。本文的研究成果没有复杂计算，普通管理人员均可借鉴使用，具有很广泛的应用价值。关键词网络化制造联盟；伙伴选择；层次分析法；协调中心；单元重构AbstractNetworkedmanufactureisadevelopingtrendformanufacturingindustryin21stCentury.Withthemarketcompetitionofglobalizationanddiversification,shorterproductlifecycles,andpersonalizedmarketdemandtrend,itisdifficulttograspthemarketopportunityrelyingsolelyononecompany’sownstrength.Sotheenterprisessetupdynamicalliancesthroughthenetworktechnology.Wemustconductacomprehensiveevaluationtothepartnerandchoosethebestenterprisetoformnetworkedmanufacturingalliance,thenrestructuretheinternalresourcestoimprovetheabilitytoadaptmarket.Thisthesisstudiedthetheoreticalbasisofallianceenterprisesandtheirpartnerselectionundernetworkedmanufacturingenvironment,andpresentedthree-stagemethodofpartnerselectionafterthepartnerhasbeenselected.Amathematicalmodelaboutcellreconfigurationwasprovided.Accordingtothedomesticandforeignresearchofpartnerselection,thisthesisdiscussesthelifecycleofpartnersandsummarizesthebasicprincipleofpartnerselectionandpresentsacompleteevaluationindexsystemofpartnerselection.ThecommonmethodofpartnerselectionwasanalyzedandamethodofpartnerselectionwassummarizedbyusingtheimprovedAHP.Thismethodisdividedinto3steps：firstly,qualificationexaming,then,preliminarysorting,thirdly,preliminarysorting.ItretainstheadvantagesofAHPandovercomesitsshortcomings.Undertheenvironmentofnetworkedmanufacturing,theallianceenterprisewillencounterproblemsduringtheactualoperation.Usingthetheoryofcellreconfiguration,resourceswerereorganized.Atlast,mathematicalmodelab
