TheHistoricalCohortStudiesofChineseMedicineSyndromeTypeDistributionandEvolvingLawsaroundGastricCancerOperationAbstractObjectiveofresearch：ToexploreanddiscussthedistributionofTCMsyndromesandtheirevolutionanryrulesbeforeandafterthegastriccancerOperation.Thus,supplyatheoreticalfoundationforTCMincomplementarilycuringgastriccancerbeforeandaftergastriccancerOperationMethodofReserch：Applyretrospectiveresearchmothedplusmedicalcases’collectiontechniques.Collectingpatients’syndromeimformationpreandpostoperation,establishingtheimformationplatformforTCMsyndromeinCarcinomatherapy.Inputdataobtainedfromclinicintocomputerandestablishinformationdatabase,thencomputefluencyandproportiontosummarisecommonly-seensyndromesbeforeandaftergastriccanceroperation.ApplypairedChi-squaretesttomakeconstrastamongsyndromespreandpostthesurgery.Thensiftthosethatpotienallyhaveclnicalimportanceandstatisticalimportancesyndromes-changing.Finallydeducetheevolutionrulebeforeandaftertheoperations.Result：Makestatisticalanalysistothe105patientspreandafterStomachCarcinomaOperation.Majorsymptomsareasfollows:Pre:DiscomfortatStomacharea,Stomachache(includingdullpain,twinge,burningpain,anddistendingpain.),flatulence,inappetence,dysphagia,eructation,acidregurgitation,nausea,vomit,asthenia,sallowcomplexion,pallorcomplexion,autophagia,melenaandect.Postoperationperiod,exceptfortheseverityofasthenia,autophagia,sallowcomplexionandpallorcomplexion,othersyptomsareallobviouslyrelievedordisappeared.TheresultaboveindicatesthatpatientsofStomachCarcinomaarecommonlyclassfiledbyQi-defficiencySyndrome(manifestedbyastheniaect.),Blood-defficiencySyndrome(manifestedbysallowcomplexionandpaleect.),Qi-stagnationSyndrome(flatulenceect.),Blood-stagnation(twingeanddurativepainandmelena).Inpostoperationperiod,themanifestationsofQiandBlood-DefficiencyhavebecomemoreseverewhileQi-stagnationandBlood-stagnationsyndromehavebeenrelieved.Thesymptomsdistributionofgastriccancercanberankedasfollowsaccordingtotheirpercentagefrequency(rate)fromhightolow
