中文摘要原国家体育总局局长袁伟民曾经说过：教练员队伍的素质直接关系到竞技 体育水平的提高和群众体育运动的开展，关系到体育后备人才的培养。教练员 是运动训练的直接组织者和管理者，同时也是运动员的教育者和指导者。教练 员既要科学地组织好每堂训练课，又要掌握运用先进的管理方法和管理手段， 调动运动员的训练积极性。高校教练员是一个特殊的群体，他不仅在日常教学 中扮演着教师的角色，而且还承担着运动队的训练工作。教练员在体育教学以 及训练中的地位和作用还没有引起社会足够的重视，尤其在高校显得尤为突出。本文选取新疆 11 所普通高校中的 9 所，以管理人员、教练员和运动员作为 研究对象，采用问卷的方式进行调查，探讨新疆普通高校体育教练员教学与训 练现状、存在问题以及改进的对策等一系列问题，通过对调查结果的统计分析， 得出了以下结论：1 新疆普通高校中有 5 所高校有高水平运动队，在调查的 9 所本科院校中除高水平运动队外还有 33 支运动队进行系统的运动训练。2 新疆高校运动队教练员男性较多；年龄普遍集中在 41-50 岁；绝大多数 教练员为本科学历；职称结构偏低，以副教授及讲师为主；教练员的运动经历 普遍缺乏，主要为地州市队或大中学队。新疆高校教练员都为兼职教练员，他 们除了平时的运动训练工作外，还必须承担体育课以及相关专业课的教学工作。3 新疆高校教练员大部分能够针对运动队的实际情况制定训练计划；但在 训练计划制定时对于恢复措施及检查评定的时间、内容和要求的重视不够。4 由于运动队训练及比赛的经费不足、比赛次数较少等原因，新疆高校教练员普遍每年带队参加 1-2 次比赛，高校竞赛体制并不能完全满足培养优秀运 动员的要求。大学生运动员绝大多数来自全日制高中，缺乏长时间系统的训练 以及比赛经验。5 新疆高校教练员的工作待遇情况很不理想。绝大多数教练员没有接受过 岗位培训，普遍缺少去开拓眼界以及借鉴优秀高校运动队教练员经验的机会。 6 新疆高校对于教练员的考评制度合理性有待加强，对于教练员的考核最重要的指标是运动队的运动成绩，但是运动训练及成绩却与职称不挂钩。关键词：新疆；高校教练员；可持续发展AbstractFormer director of the State Sports General Administration Yuan Weimin once said: qualities of coaches are directly related to the improvement of competitive sports, the development of mass sports and the cultivation of the reserve sports talents.
