In the course of the reform of the cross century strategic vision carried out by GE in the later part of this century, the change of its organizational form can give us a good inspiration for the development trend of the organizational form of modern companies and enterprises. (1) background concepts Over the past 25 years, the theoretical foundation for supporting organizational planning has grown considerably. The investigation of the structure of modern enterprises may begin with Chandlers strategy and structure.
