办公自动化系统 ——前后台信息管理---毕业论文.doc

本 科 毕 业 论 文 摘　要 办公自动化系统是基于公司本身内部管理及业务发展需求，应用计算机技术、Internet技术而开发的软件平台。它取代了企业的传统办公模式，实现了企业办公的自动化和管理的信息化。 本次毕业设计对网上办公自动化系统进行了研究。项目采用C#语言进行开发，所用到的开发工具有Microsoft的 Visual Studio 2005和Sql Server 2005。 系统架构是基于B/S的浏览器和服务器架构，用户的工作界面是通过www浏览器实现的，大大减少了客户端的电脑负载。程序代码的实现过程中采用的是Microsoft的pet shop框架，合理的分层结构降低了系统各层的耦合度，便于系统的扩展。 本毕业论文对网上办公自动化系统的发展及前景做了概述，重点解析了前后台信息管理，即日程管理、个人信息管理及后台管理等3个模块。对此3个模块的分析与设计主要从功能需求开始，通过用例图的方式明确各模块的需求；紧接着论文对各模块的流程设计和数据库设计进行了说明。系统详细设计部分主要从程序结构、类设计和各模块中实现的函数方法等方面进行解析。技术方面，项目的界面采用了div+css布局，程序代码方面使用到.NET的code_behind技术和javascript脚本语言。 项目完成后基本达到了开题报告中的需求，各模块的功能已基本实现，并在原有基础上我们对界面进行了进一步的完善，加强了整体的视觉观感。 关键词：办公自动化;.NET;B/S架构 Abstract Office automation system is the software platform, which is based on the company’s management and services requirement, using computer and Internet skills. It replace the tradition office pattern of the enterprises, it make the office automate informationize. We research online office automation system through this graduation project. This project is developed in C#. We design it with the tool Visual Studio 2005 and Sql Server 2005. The system is based on B/S framework, users’ interface is realized by www browser. It lessens the burden of the client computer. The code is realized based on pet shop framework from Microsoft, which makes the structure clearly and reduces the degree of coupling. The framework also makes the system expand easily. This thesis describes the development and prospect of the online office automation system. Besides that, it makes a design and analysis on foreground and background information management, which contains personal information management、schedule management and background management. We carry out these modules by function requirement first, which we describe it by use case diagram. Then we describe them by workflow design and database design. We analyze the system detail design by the structure of the program, class design and the functions in every module. On the side of technology, we use div+c
