AbstractAlongwiththechangingexternalenvironment,thecompetitionbetweentheenterpriseshasmoreandmorefierce,andithasevolvedasthecoreabilityofcompetition,andthecorecapabilityofenterprisecompetitionismainlyforthetalentedperson.Enterpriseforstafftrainingplaysaveryimportantrole,andhasreachedtheenterprisedevelopmentstrategicheight.Enterprisehascometorealizethatstafftrainingfortheimportanceofdevelopmentandhasbeguntomakestafftrainingastheenterprisehumancapitalinvestment’sindispensablepart.Inthispaper,atfirstthehumanresourcesystemstafftrainingmanagementsituationathomeandabroadareanalyzed,andputsforwardthemainresearchmethodsusedinthispaper:theliteratureretrievalmethod,questionnairesurveymethod，caseanalysisanddepthinterviewmethod.Andthemaincontentofthisarticlemadeabriefsummary.Then,thispaperexpoundsthestafftrainingmanagementtheoreticalbasis,mainlytostafftrainingmanagementconnotation,purpose,systemdesign,significanceandsoonwerediscussed，andthecurrenthumanresourcesmanagementofthenewtrendoftheexpected.Thekeypartofthethesis,mainlyaccordingtotheactualsituationofRXcompany,questionnaireanddepthinterviewonthebasisofRXcompanyemployeetraininganddevelopmentoftheinvestigation,andbasedontheinvestigationfoundthattheproblem,andanalysisthereasonoftheexistenceoftheproblem.RXcompanytrainingmanagementexistfiveproblems,noscientifictrainingneedsanalysis,trainingobjectdoesnotjust,thetrainingcontentistoosingle,trainingbudgetnotenoughinvestment,trainingeffectevaluationisnotcomprehensive.Ofreasonscausingtheissuemainlyincludestwo,oneistheRXcompanyleadersdontpayattentionto,andthesecondistrainingrelatedprofessionaltalentdevelopmentlag.Inthestudyonthebasisofanalysis,proposestheRXcompanystafftrainingmanagementoptimizationstrategy.NamelyRXcompanyinnewemployeesshouldbepre-jobtrainingtimeandcontentofadjustment,setsupthecorrecttrainingphilosophy,aseriousanalysisoftrainingneeds,correctchoicetrainingobjectandpayattentiontothecompanyhumanresourcetothewholedevelopment,enrichthetrainingcontent,scientificassessmenttrai
