ABSTRACTInthisthesis,wewasusing2-(2-bromoisobutyryloxy)ethylacrylateastheinimeragentandmethylacrylateasthemonomer.ThebranchedPMAwerecarriedoutbysingleelectrontransferlivingradicalpolymerization(SET-LRP)at25?Candatomtransferradicalpolymerization(ATRP)at60?C,respectively.ThenwepreparedtheblockcopolymersPMA-b-PAAwhichhasthepH-Responsiveproperty.Gaschromatography(GC),protonnuclearmagneticresonancespectroscopy(1H-NMR),tripledetectionsizeexclusionchromatography(TD-GPC),fouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(FT-IR),dynamiclightscattering(DLS)andscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM)wereusedtoanalyzethecharacterofpolymerizationandtheappearanceofmicelles.Themonomerconversioncanbeupto90%in2hourswhenthebranchedPMAwaspreparedbySET-LRP.However,themonomerconversionisonlyabout60%atthesametimewhenusingtheATRPmethod.UsingtheSET-LRPmethodcanbemoreconvenientandfasterthanATRPtopreparehigherbranchedPMAwhichhasthehighermolecularweight.ThenwewasusingthebranchedPMAwhichhaswidemolecularweightdistributionandMulti-component,thelinearPMAthathassinglecomponent,thebranchedPMAwhichhassinglecomponentandnarrowmolecularweightdistributionastheinitiatorseparately,copolymerizingwithtert-butylacrylatetogetaseriesofPMA-b-PtBA.AndweshouldmakeahydrolysisreactionwithtrifluoroaceticacidtopreparetheamphiphiliccopolymerPMA-b-PAA.OnlythePMA-b-PAA(Mw.MALLS=88990)preparedbythebranchedPMAwhichhassinglecomponentandnarrowmolecularweightdistributioncanself-assembleintorod-likemicellesthathavesmoothsurfaceanduniformsize.Theconcentrationofthesolutionis0.05mg/mLandpH=1.58.Expandedtheresearchwhichwecanusetherandommolecularmoleculesself-assembleintotheregularstructureaggregates.KEYWORDS:singleelectrontransferlivingradicalpolymerization;branchedPMA;amphiphiliccopolymer;rod-likemicelles目录1绪论.........................................................................................................................11.1问题的提出和研究意义..................................................................................11.1.1问题的提出..................
