摘要根据实验室（基于第二代短波通信技术的）短波自动选频通信系统在实际运 用中的经验积累以及新的用户需求，结合第三代短波通信系统新的技术，实验室 开始了新型短波通信系统的研究。本文主要设计新型短波通信系统的链路建立方 案。本文首先介绍了新型短波通信系统的总体方案设计，其中包括硬件组成和软 件层次划分以及各个层的模块划分；其次设计了基于同步模式的新型短波通信系 统链路建立方案，包括链路建立的状态划分以及各个状态下的具体通信流程；最 后，对链路建立方案中盲扫描下的链路建立，包括盲扫描状态和盲连接状态下的 通信流程，进行了软件仿真验证。关键词：短波通信链路建立同步模式AbstractAccording to the experience of the two generation HF communication system (HF auto selectable frequency communication system) in the practical use, combined with the third generation HF communication new technology and the user needs, a new HF communication system was researched and developed in our laboratory.
