摘要市场如战场。现如今电信行业精细化运营已经成为一种趋势，营销渠道——这一市场竞争制胜的关键要素正成为几大电信运营商关注的重点。正所谓“得渠道者得天下”，覆盖面广、运行稳定高效的渠道体系不但是赢得市场竞争的一把利刃，更是赢得客户资源的重要武器。在这一营销理念的指引下，福建移动漳州分公司渠道体系由过去单纯的营业厅模式发展到现今的社会渠道、自有渠道、电子渠道等多种渠道形式并存，从而连结成一张高速高效的市场运作网络，成功实现从窄渠道营销策略到宽渠道营销策略的转型。在此结合企业实际运作的现状针对漳州移动公司的渠道管理进行研究。本文中，首先概述移动营销渠道的基本概念和历史发展过程，介绍移动营销渠道所历经的自然成长以及整合转型两个阶段:其次调查分析福建移动漳州分公司现今在渠道管理方面所采取的管理策略，总结出渠道管理组织架构模型，并从计划、组织、领导、控制四维度具体进行分析。紧接着重点分析福建移动漳州分公司当前渠道管理面临的巨大市场竞争以及企业在渠道管理方面与顶尖企业之间存在的差距。在论文最后对全业务时代下移动运营商的渠道管理提出一些合理化建议，供参考和借鉴。关键词：移动运营商渠道管理四维度差距对策AbstractAbstractMarketssuchasbattlefield.Asthetelecommunicationsmanufacturinggradualrefinementoperation,thechannelmanagementhasgotinvolvedinthetelecomoperatorsattention.Asweallknow,steadyandefficientchannelsystemisnotonlyaswordtogainthemarketcompetition,itisalsoakeysafeguardtowincustomerfaithandloyalty.Underthedirectionofthisidea,TheChannelsystemofZhangzhou,FujianMobileCommunicationCompanyhasbeengrowingfromasingleMobileSalesBusinessOfficetotodayssocialchannels,ownchannelelectronicchannelsandotherchannels,becomingafastandefficientchannelsystem..Successfulimplementationfromanarrowchanneltothewidechannelmarketingstrategytransformation.Combinedwiththeactualoperationstatusofthecompany,IwillresearchthechannelmarketingofZhangzhouMobileCommunicationChefirstplace,thethesisintroducestthebasicnotionofmobilemarketingchannelandhistory;Secondly,thethesisAnalysisthechannelmanagementofZhangzhouMobileCommunicationCompanyatthetwodifferentstages.Inthissection,thePolicyofChannelmanagementstructuremodelisalsogivenanexplanationfromplanning,organizing,controlling,leading,four-point;Then,focusingonchannelmanagementofthemobilecommunicationscompanychallengesfrommarketcompetitionandthedisparitybetweenfirst-classcompanyintheworld;eventually,thethesisgivessomeproposalofthefuturechannelmanagementforinformationandreference.Keywords:Mobileoperatorschannelmanagementthefourdimensiongapcountermeasure目录摘要............................................................................................................
