AbstractWiththedevelopmentofthedigitalsensor,demandforhigh-precisionADCincreasinglystrong,sigma-deltaADCisborninthisenvironment.Itshighaccuracyandwidetoleranceoftheprocessrequirementsmakesitconcernedinthefieldofsignalprocessing.Asapartofthesigma-deltaADC,thedigitaldecimationfilterplaysavitalroleontheentireareaandpowerconsumptionoftheADC.Therefore,thedesignofdigitalfilterswasparticularlyimportant.Thepurposeofthispaperistodesignahigh-precisiondigitaldecimationfiltertoachieve128timesdown-sampling,cut-offfrequencyof1KHz,with24bitaccuracybasingonthecompletedfourth-ordersigma-deltamicro-accelerometerinterfacecircuit.Thisdesignusesthreecascadestructures.ThefirstlevelistheCICfilterwhichsuitableforhighfrequencytoachieve32timesthesampling;Thesecondlevelisthecompensatingfilterwhichisintegratedbythehalf-bandfilterandamplitudecorrectionfilter.SonotonlyCICpassbandcompensationcanachievetwotimesdecimated.Thethirdlevelisthehalf-bandfilterwhichusingdirectmultiphasesymmetricalstructureandCSDcodingtechnologytoreducethechipareaandpower.Intheprocessofdesigningcircuit,firstusingSimulinktobuildthesystemarchitectureandsimulation.ThentheRTLcodeiswrittenaboutthecircuitafterthesimulation,andusingtheexistingfourth-ordermodulatorasasignalsource,usingMATLAB/Modelsimco-simulation.Finally,checkingthecodewhichhasbeenverificatedbyFPGAandDCcompiling.Finally,theareais956027.3?m2,thepowerdissipationis27.84mW,thegoodoverallperformanceofthedesignedfiltersmeetsthedesignrequirementsandachievesthedesiredgoal.Keywords:Sigma-deltaADC,digitaldecimationfilter,CICfilter,half-bandfilter目录摘要.................................................................................................................................IAbstract...........................................................................................................................II第1章绪论.................................................................................................................11.1研究背景...........................................
