摘要E-learning又称电子化学习,它起源于美国,最初应用在教育领域,实现了一种新的学习方式。从企业角度讲,E-learning是一种学习培训与绩效提升的解决方案,其在企业领域得到了充分的发展,引发了E-learning学习的热潮。从国内的情况来看,目前许多企业都认同E-Learning所能带来的巨大效益,通过计算机网络进行在线培训是大势所趋。但是很多企业都持观望态度,这主要是由于有一些先期推行的企业,实施效果和预期大相径庭,新的培训方式得不到广大员工的认可,投产产出比例失调。那么如何能得到员工认可,在企业中有效的应用这一新的培训模式,是当前人力资源工作者和企业管理者十分关心的问题。本文以S公司为例,开展饲料企业实施E-learning在线学习培训模式的实践研究。通过目前E-learning的相关研究及其在企业应用中的新进展,结合饲料行业发展趋势和饲料企业自身的特点,阐述影响饲料企业实施E-learning培训模式的原因。文章以培训需求理论、成人学习理论和知识管理理论为理论基础,通过问卷调查法、抽样访谈法和数据分析法,对S公司实施的E-learning网络学院一期项目展开培训需求调研,并对调研结果进行汇总分析。发现影响E-learning网络培训模式实施的原因主要体现在员工自身、组织支持和培训课程内容三个方面,并针对这些原因提出了相应的改进措施,以期能对饲料企业的员工培训工作提供一些思路和建议。主题词:E-learning在线学习培训需求分析饲料行业AbstractE-learning,alsoknownaselectroniclearning,whichisoriginatedfromtheUnitedStates,wasinitiallyappliedinthefieldofeducation;itisanewwayofstudy.Asanewsolutionoflearningandtrainingtoimproveperformance,E-learninghasbeenhighlypraisedandintroducedamongenterprises.InChina,althoughmanycompaniesagreethatE-learningcanbringpotentialbenefitsanditwillbeageneraltrendtodotrainingonlineandviacomputernetworks,stillalotofcompaniesdoubtbecauseoftheresultsfarbelowexpected,misrecognitionofthenewwaybytheemployeesandimbalanceofinputandoutputratiointheearlyimplementation.Thus,howtopersuadeemployeestoacceptthenewwayoftrainingbecameagreatconcernfortheHRworkersandmanagers.StudywasmadehereinontheimplantationofE-learningamongSfeedcompany.Factorsinfluencinge-learningimplementationwereanalyzed,withlatestadvanceinE-learninganditsapplicationincompanytrainingandcharacteristicsoffeedindustryandcompanies.Baseonthetheoryoftrainingrequirements,adultlearningandknowledgemanagement,investigationiscarriedoutone-learningprojectoftheScompanythroughquestionnaire,sampleinterviewanddataanalysis.Theresultsindicatethatthethreemainaspectstoinfluencetheimplementationofe-learningaretheemployees,organizationsupportandthespecificcourses;measuresareintroducedaccordingly,andsuggestionsareputforwardaswelltoHRtrainingforfeedcompanies.Keywords:E-learningTrainingrequirementanalysisFeedindustry目录1
