LEEP刀在诊治宫颈上皮内瘤样病变和早期宫颈癌中价值 　　【摘要】目的 探讨高频电波刀环形电切术(LEEP)在诊治宫颈上皮内瘤样病变和早期宫颈癌中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2006年1月至2009年10月我院行阴道镜多点活检和LEEP刀环形电切术的341例患者,采用自身对照法对比研究LEEP刀环形电切术和阴道镜多点活检在诊断和随访宫颈上皮内瘤样病变和早期宫颈癌中的差异。结果 LEEP刀环形电切术病理检查结果和阴道镜多点活检的病理结果相同的有155例(45.45%),减轻的有135例(39.59%),加重的有51例(14.96%),其中早期浸润癌14例(占4.11%)。.结论 LEEP在诊治宫颈上皮内瘤样病变和早期宫颈癌中具有重要价值。 　　【关键词】高频电波刀(LEEP刀)宫颈上皮内瘤样病变阴道镜检查 　　【中图分类号】R173 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-7484(2010)03-000-02 　　 　　Evaluation of cervical conization by loop electrosurgical excision procedure in diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and early cervical cancer 　　 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo discuss the evaluation of cervical conization by loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) in diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and early cervical cancer. Methods341 patients Who underwent multi-point biopsy by colposcope and cervical conization by LEEP in our hospital from January 2006 to October 2009 were reviewed. Comparative study the difference between multi-point biopsy by colposcope and cervical conization by LEEP in diagnosis and treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and early cervical cancer by self-control method. ResultsThe pathological diagnosis of cervical conization by LEEP were consistent with that of multi-point biopsy by colposcope in 155 patients (45.45%), downgraded in 135 patients (39.59%),upgraded in 51 patients (14.96%), including 14 cases of early invasive cervical cancer (4.11%).
