三种红毛七提取物抗炎镇痛作用实验研究 　　【摘 要】 目的 初步探讨红毛七的乙醇、氯仿和正丁醇提取物的抗炎、镇痛作用，以了解红毛七产生镇痛抗炎作用的有效成分。方法 取红毛七的乙醇、氯仿和正丁醇提取物，应用大鼠足跖肿胀法、小鼠耳廓肿胀法及小鼠去除双侧肾上腺素耳廓肿胀法、小鼠扭体法和热板法研究其抗炎镇痛作用。结果 红毛七的乙醇和氯仿提取物对蛋清所致大鼠足趾肿胀有明显抑制作用；红毛七的乙醇、正丁醇提取物对二甲苯引起的耳廓肿胀有明显抑制作用；但对去除双侧肾上腺素的小鼠耳廓肿胀无明显作用；红毛七的乙醇、氯仿和正丁醇提取物能减少醋酸所致的小鼠扭体次数，延长小鼠热痛阈值。乙醇提取物的作用强于其他有机提取物。结论 红毛七乙醇提取物有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。 　　【关键词】 红毛七；提取物；抗炎；镇痛 　　 　　Experimentalstudyonanti-inflammatoryand analgesic effectsofthreekindsoforganicextracts ofLeontice robustumoYANG Ping，CHEN Sen-zhou，YANG Hong-yao，et al．Medical College of Guilin,Guilin 541004,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of extract of Leontice robustum and understand effective composition foranti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Leontice robustum．Methods The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of ethanol extract,chloroform extract and n-Butyl alcohol extract from Leontice robustum were observed by using the methods of egg white induced edema of hind paw in mice，the swelling of ear inflammation and the swelling of ear by the removal of the adrenal glands at both sides in mice，body twisting and hot-algesiain mice．Results It was found that alcohol and chloroform extracts of Leontice robustum had marked inhibition effects on rat′s paw edema；alcohol and n-Butyl alcohol extract had marked models such as swelling of mouse ear inflammation,butit had no effect on the removal of the adrenal glands at both sides；extract of Leontice robustum had markedly reduced analgesics action on the reaction of writhes in mice induced by acetic acid and significantly increased the pain threshold in mice induced by hot plate．The action of alcohol extract was better than other organic extracts．Conclusion The alcohol extract from Leontice robustum has notableeffectsonanti-inflammatory and analgesic effect． 　　【Key words】 Leontice robustum;Extracts；Anti-inflammation；Analgesia 　　 　　红毛七（Leontice robustum)属小檗科牡丹属植物，主要分布于长白山地区,其根茎有祛风通络、活血调经作用[1]，红毛七常作为民间治疗风湿性关节炎的药物。姜红等[2]对其水煎剂进行实验
