个别正常牙合舌体形态测量研究及与牙弓相关关系研究 　　[摘要]目的：获得个别正常牙合 舌体形态的测量数据并探明舌体大小与牙弓的相关关系。方法：建立舌体超声定位测量分析系统，在定位系统的引导下，通过超声自带软件测量舌体不同断面的测量指标的测量值，并对其相对应的牙弓进行测量获得牙弓长度及牙弓宽度的测量值，计算舌/牙弓比值。舌体与身高、体重、头围作相关与回归分析，并对r值作有效性检检。舌体测量值为自变量，牙弓测量值为应变量，进行相关与回归分析。结果：获得了汉族个别正常牙合青年舌体大小测量结果，并明确舌体厚度无性别差异（P＞0.05），后部舌宽度性别差异显著（P＜0.05），前部舌长度无性别差异（P＞0.05），其余长度测量项目男性大于女性（P＜0.05）。舌体宽度与对应牙弓宽度有较强相关性（P＜0.05），舌体长度与对应牙弓长度有较强相关性（P＜0.05），舌/牙弓比值范围在0.773～0.863之间。结论：舌体形态大小与牙弓形态大小有较强的相关关系。 　　[关键词]舌体，牙弓，舌/牙弓比值，相关与回归 　　[中图分类号]R782[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2011）10-1558-04 　　 　　Tongue size of individual normal occlusion and the correlation between tongue size and dental arch size 　　TAN Jia-li1, KUANG Wei1, DUAN Jian-min1,WANG Wei-jian1,LI Xiao1,ZHANG Hong-mei2, DUAN Yin-zhong3,Guangdong, LIU Yan-pu4 　　(1.Depatment of Stomatology,Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command, Guangzhou 510010, Guangdong,China;2.Department of Stomatology, Tangdu Hospital,The Fourth Military Medical University;3.Department of Orthodontics,School of Stomatology,The Fourth Military Medical University;4.Department of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, School of Stomatology,The Fourth Military Medical University) 　　 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate tongue size information of the individual normal occlusion and to investigate the correlation between the tongue size and dental arch size.MethodsWe set up tongue localization measurement to figure out the normal data of individual normal occlusion by using ultrasonic soft ware.
